| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei kuantitatif pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdapat di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Internal, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, dan Intellectual Capital Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan BUMN di Purwokerto)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan intellectual capital terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 perusahaan BUMN yang ada di Purwokerto. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 57 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, (2) Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, (3) Intellectual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is a quantitative survey research on BUMN Companies in Purwokerto. The analysis of The Effect Internal Control System, Usage of Information Technology, and Intellectual Capital in Company Performance (Study on BUMN Companies in Purwokerto). The aims of research are to find out the effect of internal control system, usage of information technology, and intellectual capital on company performance. The research population are 13 BUMN companies in Purwokerto. There were 57 respondents of the research. Based on result of research and data analysis using SPSS it has got the conclusions: (1) Internal Control System has a positive effect on company performance, (2) Usage of Information Technology has no effect on company performance, (3) Intellectual Capital has a positive effect on company performance. |
