| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengkaji pengaruh dosis kompos terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil, dan mutu hasil selada, 2) mengkaji pengaruh dosis Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil, dan mutu hasil selada, 3) mengkaji pengaruh interaksi dosis kompos dengan pupuk organik cair (POC) terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil, dan mutu hasil selada, 4) memilih perlakuan terbaik atas dasar pertumbuhan, hasil, dan mutu hasil selada. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada September sampai November 2018 di rumah plastik Desa Melung, Kecamatan Kedung Banteng, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini merupakan percobaan pot dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial dengan 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah pemberian kompos, 3 taraf yaitu 0, 8,9, dan 17,8 g tanaman-1. Faktor kedua adalah pemberian POC, 3 taraf yaitu 0, 8 dan 16 ml POC tanaman-1. Setiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 2 pot yang masing-masing pot ditanam 1 bibit selada, sehingga jumlah keseluruhan adalah 54 tanaman. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm), bobot tajuk segar (g), bobot tajuk kering (g), bobot akar segar (g), bobot akar kering (g), kadar vitamin C (mg/100 g) dan kadar protein (g/100 g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pemberian kompos meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tajuk kering, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering, dan kadar vitamin C. Pemberian POC meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tajuk kering, bobot akar segar, dan bobot akar kering. Tidak ada interaksi antara dosis kompos dengan dosis POC. Perlakuan terbaik untuk pertumbuhan, hasil, dan mutu hasil selada adalah 17,8 g kompos tanaman-1 atau 4 ton kompos ha-1 dan 16 ml POC tanaman-1 setara 900 L POC ha-1. |

Inggris) | This study aims to study: 1) study the effect of compost dosage on the growth, yield, and quality of lettuce, 2) study the effect of Liquid Organic Fertilizer dosage on the growth, yield, and quality of lettuce, 3) study the effect of the interaction between dosage of compost and liquid organic fertilizer on the growth, yield, and quality of lettuce results, 4) select the best treatment based on the growth, yield, and quality of lettuce. The research was conducted from September to November 2018 in the Plastic House of Melung Village, Kedung Banteng, Banyumas. This research was a pot experiment using a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) factorial with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor was the application of compost dosage, 3 levels, are. 0; 8,9; and 17,8 g plant-1. The second factor was the application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer, 3 levels, are 0; 8; and 16 ml plant-1. Each unit of experiment consisted of 2 pots, each pot was planted by 1 lettuce seed. Therefore, the total experiment unit are 54 plants. Variables observed included the plant height (cm), the number of leaves (sheet), The width of leaves (cm2), the fresh weight of shoot (g), the dry weight of shoot (g), the fresh weight of root (g), the dry weight of root (g), the contents of vitamin C (mg / 100 g) and protein (g / 100 g). The study showed that the application of compost increased the plant height, the number of leaves, the fresh weight of shoot, the dry weight of shoot, the fresh weight of root, the dry weight of root, and the contents of vitamin C (mg / 100 g). The application of liquid organic fertilizer increased the plant height, the number of leaves, the fresh weight of shoot, the dry weight of shoot, the fresh weight of root, and the dry weight of root. There was no interaction effect between giving compost and the dosage of liquid organic fertilizer. The best treatment for growth, yield, and yield quality of lettuce was 17,8 g of compost plant-1 or 4 tons of compost ha-1, with 16 ml of liquid organic fertilizer plant-1 equal 900 L of liquid organic fertilizer ha-1. |
