| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey pada konsumen Restoran Mang Engking di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: "The Influence of Service Quality, Food Quality, Physical Environment and Perceived Price on Customer Satisfaction (Studi pada Konsumen Mang Engking Resto Purwokerto di Banyumas)". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas makanan, lingkungan fisik dan persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Mang Engking Purwokerto. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 responden. Metode Purposive sampling digunakan dalam menentukan responden. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression) menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, (2) Kualitas makanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, (3) Lingkungan fisik memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. berpengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan, (4) Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is a survey research at Mang Engking Restaurant consumers in Purwokerto. This study took the title: "The Influence of Service Quality, Food Quality, Physical Environment and Perceived Price on Customer Satisfaction (Study on Mang Engking Resto Consumer Purwokerto in Banyumas)". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, food quality, physical environment and price perception on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were all consumers of Mang Engking Purwokerto. The number of respondents taken in this study were 110 respondents. Purposive sampling method is used in determining respondents. Based on research and data analysis using Multiple Regression (Multiple Regression) shows that: (1) Service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) Food quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, (3) Physical environment has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, (4) Perceived price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. |
