| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Beras organik merupakan produk yang dihasilkan dari pertanian yang bersifat ramah lingkungan dan lebih mendekatkan diri kepada konsep alam (back to nature), sehingga mampu memberikan jaminan kualitas yang relatif lebih baik dibandingkan dengan beras non organik. Oleh karena itu, beras organik dianggap sebagai pangan yang sehat dan aman untuk dikonsumsi walaupun harus mengeluarkan biaya yang lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan beras non organik. Hal ini menyebabkan produsen beras organik bersaing untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen sehingga mereka perlu memahami preferensi konsumen terhadap produk beras organik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Menganalisis atribut-atribut apa saja yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam membeli beras organik di Kota Purwokerto (2) Mengetahui peringkat kepentingan atribut dalam membeli beras organik di Kota Purwokerto; dan (3) Menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap beras organik di Kota Purwokerto. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada pasar swalayan di Kota Purwokerto, mulai bulan Oktober hingga November 2018. Rancangan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel konsumen 100 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Cochran Q Test dan analisis Conjoint. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Atribut yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam pembelian beras organik di Kota Purwokerto yaitu manfaat, tekstur, label keterangan produk, kemudahan didapat, ketersediaan (kontinuitas); (2) Peringkat kepentingan atribut dalam pembelian beras organik berturut-turut adalah manfaat, tekstur, label keterangan produk, kemudahan didapat, ketersediaan (kontinuitas); (3) Preferensi konsumen terhadap beras organik di Kota Purwokerto adalah konsumen menyukai beras organik karena manfaat kesehatan, teksturnya pulen, terdapat label organik, dapat dengan mudah didapatkan dan ketersediaannya selalu ada setiap hari. |

Inggris) | Organic rice is a product that is produced from environmentally friendly agriculture and closer to the concept of nature (back to nature), so it can provide a guarantee of quality that is relatively better than non-organic rice. Therefore, organic rice is considered a healthy and safe for consumption even though it costs more than non-organic rice. It causes organic rice producers competing to fulfill the needs of the consumers; therefore, the producers have to understand the preferences of the consumers on the organic rice product. The purpose of this study is (1) Analyzing what attributes are considered by consumers in buying organic rice in Purwokerto City (2) Knowing the ranking of importance attributes in buying organic rice in Purwokerto City; and (3) Analyzing consumer preferences for organic rice in Purwokerto City.The research was conducted at the supermarket in the city of Purwokerto from October to November 2018. The sampling design used the Purposive sampling method. The number of the sample amounted to 100 respondents. The analysis methods used in this study is the Cochran Q Test analysis and Conjoint analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) Attributes that consumers consider in purchasing organic rice in Purwokerto City are benefits; texture; product description label; easily obtained; availability (continuity); (2) Ranking of the importance of attributes in the purchase of consecutive organic rice is a benefit; texture; product description label; convenience obtained; availability (continuity); (3) Consumers' preference for organic rice in Purwokerto City is that consumers like organic rice because of its health benefits, fluffy texture, organic labels on packaging, can be easily obtained and the availability is always available every day. |
