| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengendalian persediaan bahan baku stainless menggunakan metode economic order quantity, mengetahui berapah safety stock dan reorder point pada perhitungan metode EOQ, serta untuk mengetahui efisiensi biaya pengadaan bahan baku pada perhitungan metode EOQ dengan biaya pengadaan bahan baku yang senyatanya. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kebutuhan dan pembelian bahan baku pada tahun 2018 dan data tersebut menjadi dasar untuk target penjualan sebesar 5% pada tahun 2019 yang mengacu pada kebutuhan dan pembelian bahan baku. Dengan menerapkan metode EOQ, total biaya bahan baku stainless yang dikeluarkan perusahaan lebih efisien dibanding dengan total biaya bahan baku stainless menurut kebijakan perusahaan. Penerapan safety stock dan reorder point juga sebaiknya diterapkan agar ketersediaan bahan baku tetap terjaga. Kesimpulan ini didapat karena efisiensi biaya yang diperoleh setelah menggunakan metode EOQ dalam pengadaan bahan baku stainless sebesar Rp29.643.547 dan perkiraan pada tahun 2019 sebesar Rp29.882.648. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this research was to analyze inventory control of stainless raw materials using the Economic Order Quantity method, find out how many safety stock and reorder points on the calculation of the EOQ method, and to determine the efficiency of the cost of procurement of raw materials in the calculation of the EOQ method with actual procurement costs. The data of this research are raw material needs and purchases data in 2018 and the data becomes the basis for the sales target of 5% in 2019 which refers to the needs and purchases of raw materials. By applying the EOQ method, the total cost of stainless raw materials issued by the company is more efficient than the total cost of stainless raw materials according to company policy. Aplication of safety stock and reorder points should also be applied so that the availability of raw materials is maintained. This conclusion was obtained because of the cost efficiency obtained after using the EOQ method in the procurement of stainless raw materials as much Rp29,643,547 and estimates in 2019 as much Rp29,882,648. |
