| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul: “Analisis Preferensi Pengunjung Kedai Kopi (Studi kasus kedai kopi di Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji atribut-atribut kedai kopi yang menjadi preferensi atau kesukaan pengunjung terhadap kedai kopi di Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara dan mengkaji atribut mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap preferensi pengunjung kedai kopi di Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive) yaitu Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara dengan mengambil 14 kedai kopi. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah responden dilihat dari jumlah pengunjung yang dating dalam jangka waktu penelitian dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 102 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Chi-Square dan multiatribut fishbein. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode Chi-Square dan multiatribut fishbein menunjukan bahwa preferensi pengunjung kedai kopi di Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara adalah kedai kopi yang memiliki rasa kopi yang enak, suasana kedai kopi yang nyaman, harga kopi yang murah, ragam menu yang banyak, dan lokasi kedai kopi yang dekat. Atribut kedai kopi yang paling berpengaruh dalam keputusan untuk mengunjungi kedai kopi di Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara adalah atribut rasa kopi. Implikasi dari kesimpulan diatas yaitu pemilik kedai kopi seharusnya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas rasa dari kopi yang dihasilkan karena atribut rasa kopi merupakan atribut yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam mengunjungi kedai kopi. Pemilik kedai kopi sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan suasana kedai kopi dan memperbanyak ragam menu yang disajikan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is entitled: "Analysis of Coffee Shop Visitor Preferences (A coffee shop case study in North Purwokerto Subdistrict). The purpose of this study is to examine the attributes of coffee shops that are the preferences or preferences of visitors to coffee shops in North Purwokerto Subdistrict and examine which attributes have the most influence on coffee shop visitor preferences in North Purwokerto Subdistrict. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative research, the method used is the survey method. The research location was chosen purposively based on North Purwokerto Subdistrict by taking 14 coffee shops. Determination of the sample is done by Accidental Sampling method with the number of respondents seen from the number of visitors who come in the period of the study. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. The analytical method used is Chi-Square analysis and fishbein multi-attribute. Based on the survey results there were 102 respondents. The results of data analysis using the Chi-Square method and the fishbein multi-attribute, it was shown that the coffe shop visitors' preference in North Purwokerto Subdistrict is a coffee shop that has good coffee flavor, comfortable coffee shop atmosphere, cheap coffee prices, a large variety of menus, and location close to coffee shop. The attribute of the coffee shop considered in the decision to visit a coffee shop in North Purwokerto Subdistrict is the attribute of coffee taste. The implication of the above conclusion is that coffee shop owners should maintain and improve the taste quality of the coffee produced because the coffee flavor attributes are the most considered attribute in visiting coffee shops. The owner of the coffee shop should further enhance the atmosphere of the coffee shop and increase the variety of menus served. |
