| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Produksi tempe di Desa Pliken sudah dilaksanakan secara turun temurun. Namun demikian, walaupun industri ini sudah puluhan tahun berdiri tetapi kenyataan masih berbentuk usaha yang bersifat tradisional. Skala usaha juga masih kecil dan belum mengalami perkembangan yang berarti. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya suatu kajian terhadap kelayakan finansial agroindustri tempe untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan dari usaha yang sudah lama dilakukan di Desa Pliken. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui besarnya biaya dan pendapatan; mengetahui tingkat kelayakan finansial; menghitung rentabilitas ekonomi pada agroindustri rumah tangga tempe di Desa Pliken. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 sampai 31 Mei 2018. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah perajin yang mengusahakan tempe di Desa Pliken, Kecamatan Kembaran, Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan Mei 2018. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode pengambilan acak terstratifikasi. Analisis data yang digunakan: analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, R/C ratio, dan rentabilitas ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total biaya rata-rata sebesar Rp8.282.841,00, penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp13.539.560,00, dan pendapatan rata-rata sebesar Rp5.256.719,00. Rata-rata R/C ratio yang diperoleh sebesar 1,65. Rata-rata nilai rentabilitas ekonomi sebesar 65 persen. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Production’s of tempe in Pliken Village has been carried out for generations. However, even though this industry has been established for decades, the reality is still in the form of a traditional business. The scale of business is also still small and has not experienced significant developments. Therefore, there is a need for a study of the financial feasibility of tempe agroindustry to see the success rate of the long-standing efforts in Pliken Village. This study aims to: know the magnitude of costs and revenues; knowing the level of financial feasibility; calculate economic rentability in tempe household agroindustry in Pliken Village. The study was conducted on May 1 to 31, 2018. The objectives of this study were artisans who tried tempeh in Pliken Village, Kembaran District, Banyumas Regency in May 2018. The study used the survey method. Samples were taken using randomly stratified retrieval methods. Data analysis used: cost analysis, revenue, income, R / C ratio, and economic profitability. The results of the study show that the average total cost of Rp.8,282,851.00, the average income of Rp13,539,560.00, and the average income of Rp.5,256,719.00. The average R / C ratio obtained is 1.65. The average value of economic rentability is 65 percent. |
