| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Asuhan keperawatan spiritual sangat penting perannya dalam proses kesembuhan pasien, hal ini dijumpai berbeda dengan keadaan sebenarnya terjadi pada saat praktik klinik perawat dilapangan, perawat hanya melakukan perawatan secara fisik atau jasmani saja padahal keperawatan itu mencakup seluruh segi berupa bio-psiko-sosio-spiritual. Metodologi: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, sample dengan tehnik total sampling, jumlah responden 248 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariat dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan nilai pemusatan. Hasil Penelitian: Responden menunjukkan mayoritas berusia antara 25 sampai 56 tahun, masa kerja antara 1 sampai 10 tahun, berpendidikan minimal D3 sampai S2, dan jenis kelamin perempuan lebih banyak daripada laki-laki. Nilai median yang diperoleh berupa pengetahuan, persepsi dan sikap setelah dikonversi dari rentang 0-100 ketiganya berada pada skor 64. Kesimpulan: Gambaran pengetahuan, persepsi dan sikap perawat tentang pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di RSUD Arjawinangun pada tahap kurang yang diharapkan. |

Inggris) | Background: Spiritual nursing care is very important role in the recovery process of patients, this is found different from the actual situation occurs when nurses clinical practice, nurses only perform physical or physical care even though nursing includes all aspects in the form of bio-psycho-socio-spiritual. Methodology: The type of this research is quantitative research with cross sectional approach, sample with total sampling technique, the number of respondents is 248 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data are analyzed univariately using frequency distribution and concentration values. Research Results: Respondents indicated that the majority were between 25 and 56 years of age, working between 1 to 10 years, having at least D3 to S2 education, and female sex more than men. The median value obtained is in the form of knowledge, perceptions and attitudes after being converted from a range of 0-100 all three are in the score of 64. Conclusion: The description of the nurse's knowledge, perceptions and attitudes about the implementation of nursing care at Arjawinangun Hospital is at the least expected stage. |
