| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Teknologi informasi berkembang dengan cepat dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja yang dapat berupa efisiensi, efektifitas serta pencapaian tujuan pada suatu instansi. Dalam hal ini dibutuhkan audit sistem informasi untuk memastikan bahwa sistem informasi yang sudah ada telah memenuhi standar dan tata kelola IT yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan penilaian dan membuat rekomendasi berdasarkan analisis maturity level terhadap Sistem Pengadaan Barang Secara Elektronik (SPSE) di Universitas XYZ sesuai standar COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) 4.1 dan fokus pada domain deliver and support (DS) dan monitor and evaluate (ME). Penelitian ini menghasilkan maturity level pada SPSE di domain deliver and support dan monitor and evaluate berada di tingkat 3 (defined process). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa manajemen telah berhasil menciptakan standar baku pegelolaan proses TI terkait walaupun belum dilakukan secara terintegrasi. Meskipun telah diharuskan dalam pelaksanaannya, tidak terdapat pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan tersebut. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Information technology is developing rapidly and very different from the performance that can be used, the effectiveness and the right goals. In this case an information system audit is needed to ensure that the existing information system meets good IT standards and governance. The purpose of this study is to determine the maturity level of the Electronic Procurement System at XYZ University in accordance with COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) 4.1 framework and focus on the domain of deliver and support (DS) and monitor and evaluate (ME). This study produces a maturity level at the Electronic Procurement System in the domain of conveying and supporting and monitoring and evaluating at level 3 (specified process). This shows that management has succeeded in making a standard standard management process. Although it has been required in its implementation, there is no supervision of the implementation. |
