Indonesia) | HUBUNGAN ANTARA GDP DAN GD2PP DENGAN LAJU FILTRASI GLOMERULUS PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELLITUS TIPE 2 Reza Muhamad Nugraha1, Andreas2, Vitasari Indriani3 1Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Email : fk@unsoed.ac.id 2Departemen Penyakit Dalam, RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo 3Departemen Patologi Klinik, Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Email : rezamn4.rmn@gmail.com ABSTRAK Latar belakang : Diabetes melitus adalah suatu penyakit metabolik kronik yang diturunkan secara genetik ataupun didapat yang menyebabkan defisiensi produksi insulin oleh pankreas, produksi yang tidak efektif, maupun fungsi kerja yang terganggu. Hiperglikemi yang tidak terkontrol akan menyebabkan komplikasi sistemik seperti stroke, gangguan ginjal, dan neuropati. Pengendalian kadar glukosa darah harian dapat berupa pengontrolan GDP dan GD2PP yang berkaitan dengan kerusakan ginjal akibat DM. Kerusakan ginjal yang disebabkan karena hiperglikemi dapat diketahui dengan melihat kadar kreatinin serum, kemudian dimasukan kedalam formula MDRD untuk menilai LFG. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan GDP dan GD2PP dengan Laju Filtrasi Glomerulus pada pasien DM tipe 2. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Responden sebanyak 32 pasien DM tipe 2 yang memeriksakan diri ke Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) di Kabupaten Banyumas. Responden akan dilakukan pengambilan sampel darah vena 3cc untuk pemeriksaan GDP dan GD2PP metode enzimatik serta pemeriksaan kreatinin serum. Hubungan antar variabel dianalisis dengan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil : Hasil penelitian dengan uji korelasi Pearson didapatkan hubungan tidak bermakna antara kadar GDP dan GD2PP dengan Laju Filtrasi Glomerulus (p=0,819; 0,068) dengan kekuatan korelasi yang lemah (r=-0,042; -0,327). Rerata kadar GDP, GD2PP, dan Laju Filtrasi Glomerulus adalah 172,28 mg/dl, 269 mg/dl, dan 49,75 mL/min/1.73 m2. Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara GDP dan GD2PP dengan LFG pada pasien DM tipe 2. Kata kunci : DM Tipe 2, GDP, GD2PP, LFG |

Uncontrolled hyperglycemia will cause systemic complications such as stroke, kidney disorders, and neuropathy. Daily glucose level control can consist of controlling FBG and 2HPPG associated with kidney damage due to DM. Kidney damage caused by hyperglycemia can be determined by looking at serum creatinine levels, then put into the MDRD formula to obtain GFR. This study aims to determine the relationship between FGB and 2HPPG with GFR in patients with DM type 2. Method: This study used an observational analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. Respondents were 32 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who examined themselves to First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) in Banyumas Regency. Respondents will be taken 3cc venous blood sampling for the examination of FBG and 2HPPG enzymatic methods and serum creatinine examination. The relationship between variables was analyzed by the Pearson correlation test. Results: The results of the study with the Pearson correlation test showed that there was no significant relationship between the levels of FBG and 2HPPG with the Glomerular Filtration Rate (p = 0.819; 0.068) with a weak correlation strength (r = -0.042; -0,327). The mean FBG, 2HPPG, and Glomerular Filtration rate were 172.28 mg / dl, 269 mg / dl, and 49.75 mL / min / 1.73 m2. Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between FBG and 2HPPG with Glomerular Filtration Rate in DM type 2 patients. Keywords: 2HPPG , FBG,GFR, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. |
