| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis jamur patogen pada gulma berdaun sempit, mengetahui virulensi jamur patogen gulma terhadap gulma berdaun sempit dan mengetahui virulensi jamur patogen gulma sempit terhadap bibit kopi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada bulan April sampai Agustus 2018. Rancangan yang digunakan untuk uji virulensi adalah rancangan petak terbagi (split plot) dengan petak utama terdiri atas jamur patogengulma dan anak petak terdiri atas lima jenis gulma berdaun sempit (Cynodon dactylon, Eleusine indica, Echinochloa crus-galli, Paspalum conjugatum, Cyperus rotundus) diulang tiga kali, sedangkan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) digunakan untuk bibit kopidenganempatperlakuan (kontrol, Curvularia lunata, Penicillium sp., Aspergillus niger) diulang enam kali. Variabel yang diamati yaitu gejala penyakit, karakteristik morfologi jamur patogen, masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, tinggi tanaman, dan jumlah daun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil eksplorasi jamur patogen gulma berdaun sempit pada gulma C. dactylon dan C. rotundus diperoleh tiga jamur patogen yaitu C. lunata, Penicillium sp., dan A. niger. Jamur Penicillium sp. merupakan jamur patogen gulma berdaun sempit yang paling virulen yang dapat menyebabkan intensitas penyakit sebesar 35,23% pada C. dactylon dan 36,60% pada gulma E. indica. Ketiga jamur patogen yang diujikan tidak mampu menimbulkan penyakit pada bibit kopi. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to determine kinds of pathogenic fungi in narrow leaf weeds, to know the virulence of the pathogenic fungi to narrow leaf weeds and to know the virulence of narrow leaf weed pathogenic fungi against coffee seedlings. The research was conducted at the Plant Protection Laboratory and the screen house of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from April until August 2018. The design used for virulent test was split plot design with the main plot consistedof pathogenic fungi and subplot consistied of five kinds of narrow leaf weeds (Cynodon dactylon, Eleusine indica, Echinochloa crus-galli, Paspalum conjugatum, Cyperus rotundus) repeated three times, while randomized block design was used for coffee seedlings with four treatments (control, Curvularia lunata, Penicillium sp., and Aspergillus niger) repeated six times. Variables observed were symptoms of the disease, morphological characteristics of the fungi, incubation period, intensity of the disease, plant height, and number of leaves. Results of the research showed that the exploration of narrow leaf weed pathogenic fungi on C. dactylon and C. rotundus weeds resulted three pathogenic fungi, namely, C. lunata, Penicillium sp., and A. niger. Penicillium sp. was the most virulent fungi which could causedisease intensity of 35,23% in C. dactylon and 36.60% in E. indica. The tested three pathogenic fungi were unable to cause disease in coffee seedlings. |
