| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan bahan pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman Azolla microphylla; (2) mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan dosis aplikasi masing – masing pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman Azolla microphylla; (3) mengetahui interaksi antara bahan POC dan dosis aplikasinya. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 2 faktor, dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah bahan pupuk organik cair (POC), yaitu pupuk organik cair berbahan urine kambing (K) dan pupuk organik cair berbahan air kolam lele (L). Faktor kedua adalah dosis aplikasi pupuk organik cair, yaitu 0,5 l/m2 (A1), 1 l/m2 (A2), 1,5 l/m2 (A3), 2 l/m2 (A4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jenis pupuk organik cair (POC) berpengaruh terhadap bobot segar biomassa azolla dan menunjukkan POC air kolam lele lebih baik dibandingkan POC urine kambing. Dosis aplikasi pupuk mempengaruhi laju pertumbuhan, lama waktu recovery, dan bobot segar biomassa azolla. Interaksi antara jenis POC dan dosis aplikasinya berpengaruh terhadap variabel laju pertumbuhan dan bobot segar biomassa azolla. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer material on the growth of Azolla microphylla; (2) find out the dosage application of liquid organic fertilizer on the growth of Azolla microphylla plants; (3) knew the interaction between POC material and dosage of application. The experimental design used was a 2-factor Randomized Block Design (RBD), with 3 replications. The first factor was the material of liquid organic fertilizer (POC): which was made from goat urine (K) and made from catfish waste water (L). The second factor was the application dosage of liquid organic fertilizer, namely ½ l / m2 (A1), 1 l / m2 (A2), 1½ l / m2 (A3), 2 l / m2 (A4). The results showed that the best type of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) was catfish pond water POC and had a very significant effect on the fresh weight of azolla biomass. Fertilizer application dosage has a significant effect on growth rate, length of recovery time, and has a significant effect on the fresh weight of azolla biomass. The interaction between the type of POC and the application dosage has a significant effect on the variable growth rate and fresh weight of azolla biomass. |
