| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Komoditas bawang merah merupakan sayuran umbi yang multiguna. Produksi dan kualitas bawang merah perlu ditingkatkan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan produksi dan kualitas bawang merah dapat dilakukan dengan keberagaman jenis tanah yaitu dengan pemanfaatan tanah marginal seperti lahan Ultisol. Jenis tanah Ultisol memliki kandungan unsur hara yang minim, maka dari itu diberikan pengaplikasian pupuk majemuk NP-Hum Zeo Granul. Pupuk NP-Hum Zeo Granul berperan sebagai penyedia unsur hara makro NP dengan kandungan cukup tinggi yang dapat dilepaskan secara perlahan-lahan sehingga mempunyai efektifitas dan efisiensi yang sangat tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh varietas dan komposisi pupuk NP-Hum Zeo Granul serta interaksinya terhadap N total tanah dan hasil tanaman bawang merah dan (2) mendapatkan komposisi pupuk NP-HumZeo Granul terbaik untuk meningkatkan hasil tanaman bawang merah pada tanah Ultisol. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Screen House Fakultas Pertanian dan Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Waktu pelaksanaanya pada Januari - April 2018. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan dua faktor dan tiga kali ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah varietas bawang merah yang terdiri atas dua aras (level) : varietas Bima dan Bauji, faktor kedua adalah komposisi pupuk majemuk NP-Hum Zeo granul yang terdiri atas lima aras : G1 (4,43%:0%), G2 (3,45%:6,12%) , G3 (3,11%:10,36%), G4 (3,03%:15,11% ), G5 (2,89%:19,95%) dan G0 sebagai kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komposisi pupuk majemuk NP-Hum Zeo Granul memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap N total tanah dan bobot segar tanaman. Varietas bawang merah memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap bobot segar tanaman, bobot segar akar, bobot kering akar serta tidak adanya interaksi antara komposisi pupuk majemuk NP-Hum Zeo Granul dengan varietas bawang merah pada semua variabel penelitian. Grade pupuk G4 (3,03%:15,11%) memberikan pengaruh yang paling baik terhadap peningkatan hasil tanaman dan kandungan N total tanah. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The onion commodity is a multipurpose tuber vegetable. The prospect of shallot development is very good in terms of increasing demand. Therefore, the production and quality of shallots needs to be improved. Increasing the production and quality of shallots can be done with a variety of soil types, namely the use of marginal land such as ultisol land. The type of Ultisol soil has a minimum nutrient content, therefore the application of NP-Hum Zeo Granul compound fertilizer is given. NP-Hum Fertilizer Zeo Granul operates as a provider of NP macro nutrients with a high enough content which can be released slowly, the solubility is slow according to the plant growth phase so that it has very high effectiveness and efficiency.This research aims to: 1) to know the effect composition of NPHum-Zeo Granul fertilizer and red onion varieties and their interaction with the total N of soil and shallot yields and (2) obtain the best composition of NPHum-Zeo granule fertilizer to increase the yield of shallots on ultisol. The research was conducted at Screen House of Faculty of Agriculture and analysis of fertilizer, soil, and plant tissue was done at Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. Its implementation time from Januari to April 2018. This study used a Complitely Randomized Design (CRD), with two factors and three replications, the first factor is the onion varieties consisting of two level: varieties of Bima and Bauji the second factor is composition of NPHum-Zeo Granule fertilizer of five levels: G1 (4,43%:0%), G2 (3,45%:6,12%) , G3 (3,11%:10,36%), G4 (3,03% : 15,11% ), G5 (2,89%:19,95%) and G0 (without fertilization) as control. Research results compound fertilizer composition of Hum-Zeo Granul NP gave a significant effect on total N of soil and fresh weight of plants. The onion variety has a significant effect on the fresh weight of the plant, root fresh weight, root dry weight and no interaction between the composition of NPHum-Zeo Granul compound fertilizer and onion varieties on all research variables. G4 fertilizer grade (3,03%: 15,111%) gave the best influence on increasing crop yield and the total N of soil content. |
