| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan isolat dan dan mengetahui identitas bakteri tahan salin penghasil IAA dari daerah persawahan Pantai Jetis. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 8 bulan pada April-November 2018. Penelitian ini terdiri dari pengambilan tanah, isolasi bakteri tanah, uji ketahanan terhadap salinitas, uji produksi IAA dan identifikasi bakteri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 5 isolat bakteri tahan salin yang dapat memproduksi IAA pada rentang konsentrasi 2,88-26,34 mg/L, dengan isolat JB2 memproduksi IAA tertinggi. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan 5 isolat bakteri yang didapatkan merupakan spesies anggota genus Bacillus (JB2), Micrococcus (JE1), Neisseria (JA2) dan Rhizobium (JB1 & JD1). |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aims to isolate and identify saline-resistant bacteria that able to produce IAA from the Jetis Beach rice fields. Research was conducted for 8 months from April to November 2018. This research consisted of several stages, which are soil sampling, isolation of soil bacteria, salinity resistant test, IAA production test and identification. The results of the study showed that there were 5 isolates of saline-resistant bacteria that could produce IAA in the concrentation range of 3,08-26,54 mg/L, with JB2 producing the highest IAA. The identification results showed that the five bacterial isolates obtained were included in 4 different groups of bacteria, that are Bacillus (JB2), Micrococcus (JE1), Neisseria (JA2) and Rhizobium (JB1 & JD1).
