| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan survei pada karyawan Koperasi Bangun Sejahtera yang berlokasi di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Pengaruh Keadilan Distributif dan Keadilan Prosedural terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi pada Koperasi Bangun Sejahtera Purowkerto)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 responden. Metode sampel jenuh digunakan dalam penentuan responden. Pebelitian ini menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS dengan teknik analisis Regresi Berganda |

Inggris) | This research is a survey on Koperasi Bangun Sejahtera which is located in purwokerto. “The Analysis of the Distributive Justice and Procedural Justice on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as Mediation Variable (a Study on Koperasi Bangun Sejahtera Purwokerto)”.The aims of this study is to find out the effect distributive Justice and rocedural Justice on Koperasi Bangun Sejahtera’s turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediation variable. There were 54 employees chosen as respondent of the research. Then saturation sampling method was used to determine the respondent. This research using SPSS Software with Multiple Regression analysis technique method. |
