| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara yang terlibat dalam kesepakatan ASEAN Economic Community terutama dalam hal free flow of skilled labour harus memiliki strategi untuk menghadapinya. Salah satu fungsi negara yaitu sebagai welfare state, maka pemerintah Indonesia sudah seharusnya memiliki kebijakan serta program dalam meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi tenaga kerja yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia agar dapat bersaing dengan skilled labour dari negara anggotaa ASEAN lainnya. Pemerintah Indonesia era Presiden Joko Widodo memiliki peran sebagai welfare state, sehingga pemerintah era Joko Widodo telah melakukan berbagai upaya guna meningkatkan kompetensi Skilled labour Indonesia agar dapat bersaing di pasar bebas tenaga kerja. seperti contoh di bidang pendidikan, Pemerintah membuat program penidikan vokasi, program Magang Nasional bekerjasama dengan perusahan-perusahan di Indonesia, Program Link and Match SMK dan insutri, program sertifikasi kompetensi bagi Skilled labour Indonesia yang sudah mulai dilakukan, serta regulasi peraturan penggunaan tenaga kerja asing. Berbagai upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Joko Widodo ini bertujuan agar Skilled Labour Indonesia lolos kualifikasi tenaga kerja yang di butuhkan oleh negara-negara ASEAN sehingga tenaga kerja kita siap menghadapi Free flow of skilled labour serta mampu bersaing dengan skilled labour dari negara ASEAN lainnya. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Indonesia as one of the countries involved in the ASEAN Economic Community agreement, especially in terms of free flow of skilled labor must have a strategy to deal with it. One of the functions of the state, namely as a welfare state, the Indonesian government should have policies and programs to improve the quality of competence of workers owned by Indonesia in order to compete with skilled labor from other ASEAN member countries.
