| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Keberhasialan atau kegagalan suatu pelaksanaan proyek dapat dipengaruhi oleh matang atau tidaknya suatu perencanaan proyek itu sendiri. Kegagalan suatu kegiatan proyek itu sendiri dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti halnya saja kurang terencananya suatu kegiatan proyek serta pengendalian yang kurang efektif. Hal ini mengakibatkan keterlambatan durasi proyek, menurunnya kualitas pekerjaan, serta pembengkakan biaya. Studi kasus pada penelitian ini adalah PT. KRAKATAU INDAH selaku pelaksana pengadaan proyek penyelesaian Gedung A RSUD Cilacap. Dari hasil perhitungan CPM perusahaan dapat menyelesaikan proyek ini dalam jangka waktu 82 hari dengan selisih penyelesaian proyek selama 98 hari. Yang waktu normalnya adalah 180 hari. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode PERT probabilitas proyek ini sebesar 45%. Artinya dengan jalur kritis tersebut proyek memiliki peluang sebesar 45% agar dapat menyelesaian pekerjaannya dalam jangka waktu 82 hari. Dengan melakukan percepatan di beberapa kegiatan proyek mengakibatkan percepatan durasi proyek yaitu 69 hari yang mengakibatkan peningkatan biaya yaitu sebesar Rp. 5.087.528.526 |

The failure of a project activity itself is influenced by several factors, such as the lack of a planned project activity and less effective controls. This resulted in delays in the duration of the project, decreased quality of work, and cost overruns. The case study in this study is PT. KRAKATAU INDAH as the executor of the procurement project for the Building A of Cilacap Hospital. From the results of the CPM calculation, the company can complete this project within a period of 82 days with a 98 day difference in project completion. The normal time is 180 days. Based on calculations using the probability project PERT method of 45%. This means that with the critical path the project has an opportunity of 45% in order to complete its work within a period of 82 days. Acceleration in several project activities resulted in an acceleration of the project's duration of 69 days which resulted in an increase in costs of Rp. 5,087,528,526 |
