| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Judul penelitian ini adalah Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pekerja Bermigrasi Ke Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beberapa faktor seperti upah, status pekerjaan, usia, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap keputusan pekerja bermigrasi ke Kabupaten Cilacap dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pekerja bermigrasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan teknik analisis Binary Logistic Regression dengan menggunakan data primer yang diambil dari 78 penduduk (migran) yang berasal dari luar Kabupaten Cilacap. Dalam menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji G dan uji t parsial dengan teknik Wald Statistik dengan taraf nyata signifikansi 0.05. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan dari penelitian sebelumnya yaitu objek penelitian. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah para pekerja yang datang dari luar kabupaten cilacap dengan tujuan bekerja dan hidup di kabupaten cilacap secara permanen. Dimana pada penelitian sebelumnya, yang paling sering diteliti adalah para pekerja dari kabupaten cilacap yang merantau dan bekerja di luar negeri sebagai tenaga kerja wanita. Secara keseluruhan model Binary Logistic Regression yang digunakan untuk menerangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan para responden untuk bermigrasi ke Kabupaten cilacap ini mempunyai kehandalan dalam memprediksi sebesar 83.3% dan sebanyak 44 responden memilih untuk menetap di kabupaten cilacap. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa perilaku para responden dalam penelitian ini cenderung berminat bermigrasi dan menetap karena ingin meningkatkan taraf hidup keluarga dan mencukupi kebutuhan keluarga. Hasil analisis Binary LogisticRegression menunjukkan bahwa upah, status pekerjaan, dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pekerja bermigrasi ke kabupaten cilacap, sedangkan faktor usia dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pekerja bermigrasi ke kabupaten cilacap. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel status pekerjaan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pekerja bermigrasi diantara variabel-variabel lain. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The title of this study is the Analysis of Factors Affecting the Decision of Migrating Workers to Cilacap Regency. This study aims to analyze the influence of several factors such as wages, employment status, age, number of family dependents, and education level on the decisions of workers migrating to Cilacap Regency and to find out the factors that most influence the decisions of migrant workers. To achieve these objectives, Binary Logistic Regression analysis techniques were used using primary data taken from 78 residents (migrants) from outside the Cilacap Regency. In testing the hypothesis using the G test and the partial t test with the Wald Statistics technique with a significance level of 0.05. This study has a novelty from previous research, namely the object of research. The objects in this study are workers who come from outside the Cilacap district with the aim of working and living in Cilacap district permanently. Where in the previous research, the most frequently studied were workers from Cilacap district who migrated and worked abroad as female workers. Overall, the Binary Logistic Regression model used to explain the factors that influence respondents' decisions to migrate to Cilacap Regency has predictable reliability of 83.3% and as many as 44 respondents chose to settle in Cilacap district. This explains that the behavior of the respondents in this study tended to be interested in migrating and settling down because they wanted to improve the family's standard of living and meet family needs. The results of the Binary Logistic Regression analysis showed that wages, employment status, and education level had a positive and significant effect on the decisions of workers migrating to Cilacap district, while the age and number of dependents did not influence the decisions of workers migrating to Cilacap district. This study also shows that employment status variables that most influence workers' decisions migrate among other variables.
