| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon morfofisiologis tiga varietas dengan tingkat cekaman yang berbeda dan mendapatkan varietas yang toleran terhadap tingkat cekaman kekeringan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di screen house dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto pada bulan Juni sampai dengan Oktober 2018. Penelitian disusun dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap 2 faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah 3 varietas tanaman kacang hijau terdiri dari Kutilang (V1), Vima 2 (V2), dan Vima 3 (V3). Faktor kedua adalah cekaman kekeringan terdiri dari 100% kapasitas lapang (C0), 75% kapasitas lapang (C1) dan 50% kapasitas lapang (C2). Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, luas daun total, bobot kering tanaman, umur berbunga, jumlah bintil akar, jumlah bintil akar efektif, luas daun spesifik, lebar bukaan stomata, kerapatan stomata, kandungan prolin, kandungan klorofil total, jumlah polong tanaman-1, jumlah biji polong-1, jumlah biji tanaman-1, bobot biji tanaman-1, bobot 100 biji dan indeks panen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas Vima 3 mempunyai respon morfofisiologis terbaik dengan tingkat cekaman kekeringan 75% kapasitas lapang (C1) dan varietas Vima 3 merupakan varietas yang toleran terhadap cekaman kekeringan |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The aim of the research were to study the morphophysiological responses of three varieties of mungbean under different water levels and to find tolerance variety of mungbean to drought stress. This research was conducted at the screen house and the Agronomy and Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Sudirman University, Purwokerto from June to October 2018. This research was arranged by Randomized Completely Block Design. The first factor consisted of three mungbean varieties, i.e. Kutilang (V1), Vima 2 (V2), and Vima 3 (V3). The second factor consisted water levels, i.e 100% of field capacity (C0), 75% of field capacity (C1) and 50% of field capacity (C2). The variable observed were plant height, total leaf area, plant dry weight, flowering age, number of nodules, number of effective root nodules, specific leaf area, stomata opening width, stomata density, proline content, total chlorophyll content, number of plant pods , number of pods seeds, number of plant seeds, plant seed weight, weight of 100 seeds and harvest index. The results showed that Vima 3 variety had the best morphophysiological response with drought level 75% of field capacity, and Vima 3 variety was tolerant variety to drought stress. |
