| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pengaruh Dosis Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone (GnRH) Terhadap Respon Onset dan Lama Berahi sapi Pasundan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis GnRh terhadap penampilan reproduksi respon onset dan lama berahi pada sapi Pasundan betina. Materi penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah sapi Pasundan betina sebanyak 18 ekor, hormon GnRH sebanyak 3 dosis 0, 1,25, dan 2,5 ml. Variabel yang diamati adalah respon onset dan lama berahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode eksperimental. Data dianalisis dengan rancangan acak lengap ( RAL) menggunakan variable respon onset dan lama berahi. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan pemberian dosis GnRH terhadap respon onset dan lama berahi tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05). Rataan respon onset berahi pada perlakuan (R0), (R1), dan (R2) secara berturut-turut 96.55 ± 25.86, 100.59 ± 12.30, 102.70 ± 12.20 jam, sedangkan lama berahi pada (R0) 49.06 ± 6.35 jam, (R1) 43.77 ± 11.31 jam , dan (R2) 45.70 ± 11.45 jam. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Effect of Gonadotropin releasing hormones (GnRH) dose on the response of onset and duration of estrus in Pasundan cows. The study was conducted to determine the effect of GnRH on the response of onset and duration of estrous in Pasundan cows. The material used for the study was 18 Pasundan cows, the GnRH hormone as many as 3 doses of 0, 1.25, and 2.5 ml. The variables observed were the onset and duration of estrous response. The method used in the study is an experimental method. Data analysis used completely random design (CRD) using the onset and duration of estrous response. The results of variance analysis showed that the dose of GnRH on the onset and duration of estrous were not significant (P> 0.05). The mean of the onset of estrus in treatment (R0), (R1), and (R2) were 96.55 ± 25.86; 100.59 ± 12.30; and 102.70 ± 12.20 hours, respectively. The duration of estrous on (R0) 49.06 ± 6.35; R1) 43.77 ± 11.31; and (R2) 45.70 ± 11.45 hours. |
