| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Gagal ginjal kronik merupakan keadaan yang disebabkan oleh penurunan fungsi dari kedua ginjal, sehingga ginjal tidak dapat melakukan fungsi regulasi dan ekskresinya untuk mempertahankan homeostatis tubuh dengan baik. Gagal ginjal kronik merupakan masalah kesehatan yang mengenai lebih dari 5-10% populasi di dunia. Pada stadium akhir gagal ginjal kronik diperlukan tindakan hemodialisis sebagai salah satu cara pengobatannya. Tindakan hemodialisis dapat mencapai hasil yang maksimal apabila seluruh parameter adekuasi hemodialisis dapat tercapai. Hemodialisis yang tidak adekuat dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan progresivitas kerusakan fungsi ginjal, sehingga tingkat kualitas hidup pada penderita gagal ginjal kronik semakin menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan adekuasi hemodialisis dengan kualitas hidup penderita gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis di Rumah Sakit Khusus Ginjal Ny. R.A. Habibie Bandung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 78 penderita gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis serta sudah memenuhi kriteria eksklusi dan inklusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan metode consecutive sampling. Data adekuasi hemodialisis diperoleh dengan metode pengambilan data urea reduction rate dari setiap sampel yang terdapat dalam rekam medik dan dilakukan pengisian kuesioner KDQOL-SF36 sebagai metode pengambilan data untuk kualitas hidup. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji fisher. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan sebanyak 44,9% responden memiliki adekuasi hemodialisis yang adekuat dan memiliki nilai kualitas hidup baik. Secara statistik terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara adekuasi hemodialisis dengan kualitas hidup penderita gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis di Rumah Sakit Khusus Ginjal Ny. R.A. Habibie Bandung dengan nilai p<0,05. Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara adekuasi hemodialisis dengan kualitas hidup penderita gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis. |

Inggris) | Chronic kidney failure is a condition caused by a decrease in the function of both kidneys, so that the kidneys cannot carry out the regulation and excretion function to maintain the body's homeostasis properly. Chronic kidney failure is a health problem that affects more than 5-10% of the population in the world. In the late stages of chronic renal failure, hemodialysis is needed as a method of treatment. The hemodialysis action can achieve maximum results if all adequate hemodialysis parameters are achieved. Inadequate hemodialysis can lead to increased progressive damage to kidney function, so the level of quality of life in patients with chronic kidney failure decreases. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the adequacy of hemodialysis and the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis at the Rumah Sakit Khusus Ginjal. Ny. R.A. Habibie Bandung. This study was an observational analytic study with a Cross Sectional approach. The study sample was 78 patients with chronic kidney failure who undergoing on hemodialysis and had fulfilled the criteria of exclusion and inclusion. The sampling technique was determined by consecutive sampling method. Hemodialysis adequacy data was obtained by urea reduction rate data collected from each sample contained in the medical record and KDQOL-SF36 questionnaire was filled in as a method of data collection for quality of life. Data analysis was performed by fisher test. In this study it was found that 44.9% of respondents had adequate hemodialysis adequacy and had good quality of life values. Statistically there is a significant relationship between the adequacy of hemodialysis and the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis at Rumah Sakit Khusus Ginjal Ny.R.A. Habibie Bandung with a value of p <0.05. Conclusion there is a significant relationship between the adequacy of hemodialysis and the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. |
