| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang: Diabetes melitus tipe 2 (DM tipe 2) adalah penyakit metabolik dengan karakteristik hiperglikemia dengan salah satu komplikasi yaitu nefropati diabetik. Laju filtrasi glomerulus (LFG) merupakan salah satu indikator untuk menilai nefropati diabetik. Tujuan: Mengetahui adanya hubungan HbA1c dengan LFG pada pasien DM tipe 2. Metode: Rancangan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan pasien DM tipe 2 di FKTP Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling dengan besar sampel 15 responden. Hasil: Hasil penelitian dengan uji Pearson menunjukkan nilai r= -0,635 dan p=0,011 dengan rerata HbA1c pada pasien DM tipe 2 adalah 7,74 ± 1,46 % dan rerata LFG pada pasien DM tipe 2 adalah 50,7 ± 8,1 ml/min/1,73 m2. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara HbA1c dengan LFG pada pasien DM tipe 2. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (type 2 DM) is a metabolic diseases characteristed by hyperglycemia that the one of complications is diabetic nephropathy. Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is one indicator for assessing diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 DM. Aim: To know the correlation between HbA1c with GFR in patient with type 2 DM. Methods: The study design used a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were patients with type 2 DM at first level health care facility in Banyumas. The samples were taken by consecutive sampling with 15 respondens. Results: The results of the research with the Pearson test showed r = -0.635 and p = 0.011 with the mean of HbA1c in patient with type 2 DM is 7.74 ± 1.46 %, and the mean of GFR in patient with type 2 DM is 50.7 ± 8.1 ml/min/1.73 m2. Conclusion: This study shows that there is a significant correlation between HbA1c and LFG in patient with type 2 DM. |
