| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Kontrol Dokumen UTD PMI Banyumas yang dilengkapi dengan riwayat perubahan data dokumen, backup dan restore database dan notifikasi aplikasi. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Kontrol Dokumen ini maka proses kontrol dokumen akan menjadi lebih baik. Sistem yang penulis buat merupakan aplikasi berbasis website dan pengerjaannya menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Kontrol Dokumen ini, dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrogaman PHP, HTML, CSS dan Javascript serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai software pengolah datanya. Sistem ini berkerja untuk lima level user, yaitu Admin, Manajer Quality, Pimpinan, Kepala Seksi dan Staff. |

Inggris) | This study aims to develop the UTD PMI Banyumas Document Control Information System which is equipped with a history of changes to document data, database backup and restore and application notification. With this Document Control Information System, the document control process will be better. The system that the author makes is a website-based application and the process uses the waterfall development method. Development of this Document Control Information System, made using the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript and using MySQL as its data processing software. This system works for five user levels, namely Admin, Quality Manager, Leaders, Section Heads and Staff. |
