| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja otonom dan internal locus of control terhadap kinerja dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 92 responden. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam penentuan responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Motivasi kerja otonom berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan(2) Motivasi kerja otonom berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement (3) internal locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (4) internal locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement (5) employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja (6) employee engagement memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja otonom terhadap kinerja karyawan(7) employee engagement memediasi pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The aims of this study is to find out the effect of autonomous work motivation and internal locus of control on PDAM tirta Satria’s employees performance with employee engagement as a mediation variable. The research population are all of the core employees in PDAM Tirta Satria. There were 92 employees chosen as respondent of the research. Then purposive sampling method was used to determine the respondent. Based on the result of the research and data analysis using multiple regression showed : (1) Autonmous work motivation has a positif effect on employees performance (2) Autonmous work motivation has a positif effect on employee engagement (3) Internal locus of control has a positif effect on employees performance (4) Internal locus of control has a positif effect on employee engagement (5) employee engagement has a positif effect on employees performance (6) employee engagement has a mediating effect in relationship between autonmous work motivation and employee performance (7) employee engagement has a mediating effect in relationship between internal locus of control and employee performance. |
