| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kabupaten Banyumas”. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil merupakan peraturan yang memuat kewajiban, larangan, dan hukuman disiplin yang dapat dijatuhkan kepada PNS yang telah terbukti melakukan pelanggaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sasaran penelitian meliputi Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kabupaten Banyumas. Teknik pemilihan informan dengan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dengan model analisis interaktif menurut Miles, Huberman dan Saldana. Kemudian data diuji dengan triangulasi data. Berdsasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh Implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil sosialisasi sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Dalam Implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil masih ada PNS yang melakukan pelanggaran. Koordinasi yang dilakukan oleh Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah dalam implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil belum optimal. Fasilitasi dalam implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil berupa inspeksi mendadak dan penyelesaian permasalahan kepegawaian namun sidak belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Tata cara pemanggilan, pemeriksaan, penjatuhan dan penyampaian keputusan hukuman disiplin sudah dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur yang diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is entitled “Implementation of Government Regulation Number 53 Year 2010 Regarding Civil Service Discipline in Banyumas Regency”. The Government Regulation Number 53 Year 2010 Regarding Civil Service Discipline contains obligations, prohibitions, and disciplinary law that could be sentenced to the civil servant who has been proved committing a violation of the regulation. This research is conducted to understand the implementation of the Government Regulation Number 53 Year 2010 Regarding Civil Service in Banyumas Regency. The methodology that is applied in this study is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research is the Board of Employment, Education, and Training of Regional Services and the civil servants in Banyumas Regency. The researcher applies the purposive sampling technique to choose the informant and collects the data through the interview, observation, and documentation. The data is analyzed through Miles, Huberman, and Saldana’s interactive analysis model. Afterward, the data is tested by data triangulation. Based on the result of discussion, it can be drawn into a conclusion that the Government Regulation Number 53 Year 2010 Regarding Civil Service Discipline has been implemented properly. In implementing the Government Regulation Number 53 Year 2010 Regarding Civil Service Discipline, there are some civil servants that still violate the regulation. The coordination performed by Board of Employment, Education, and Training of Regional Servicesin implementing the Government Regulation Number 53 Year 2010 Regarding Civil Service Disciplinestill needs to be improved. Facilitation in implementing the Government Regulation Number 53 Year 2010 Regarding Civil Service Discipline is in a form of unannounced inspection and general problems of civil service solving. However, the unannounced inspection is still not optimal. The procedures of dialling, checking, imposition, and submission of civil servant has been implemented in accordance with the procedures in the Government Regulation Number 53 Year 2010 Regarding Civil Service Discipline. |
