| Judul Artikel | RESPON FISIOLOGIS ENAM GENOTIPE KEDELAI (Glycine Max (L) Merril) PADA TIGA VARIASI JARAK TANAM |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh jarak tanam terhadap enam genotip yang diujikan, 2) mengetahui respon fisiologis genotip yang diujikan, dan 3) mengetahui interaksi pengaruh perlakuan jarak tanam dan genotip yang diujikan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan mulai Februari sampai Juni 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Terbagi (Split Plot Design) dengan pola perlakuan faktorial 3 kali ulangan. Faktor yang dicoba yaitu terdapat 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah 3 variasi jarak tanam (40 cm x 20 cm, 40 cm x 30 cm, dan 40 cm x 40 cm) diletakkan sebagai main plot dan faktor kedua ialah genotip kedelai yang terdiri dari 6 genotip 4 galur (nomor 2, nomor 33, nomor 71, nomor 76) dan 2 varietas (Gema dan Slamet) diletakkan sebagai sub plot. Variabel yang diamati yaitu laju fotosintsis, laju pertumbuhan tanaman, jumlah dan bukaan stomata, kandungan kloofil, umur berbunga, umur panen, bobot biji pertanaman, bobot biji petak effektif, bobot 100 biji, dan bobot brangkasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan jarak tanam dan genotip memberikan hasil yang berbeda-beda yaitu berbeda nyata, berbeda sangat nyata dan tidak berbeda nyata. Pada Interaksi perlakuan antara jarak tanam dan genotip berpengauh terhadap nyata hanya pada bobot brangkasan dan kandungan klorofil. Sementara pada efek mandiri perlakuan jarak tanam berpengaruh pada bobot brangkasan, bobot petak effektif, bobot pertanaman, bobot 100 biji, kandungan klorofil, laju pertumbuhan tanaman dan laju fotosintesis. Efek mandiri genotip berpengaruh pada variabel bobot brangkasan, bobot petak effektf, bobot pertanaman, bobot 100 biji, bukaan stomata dan kerapatan stomata. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aims to: 1) determine the effect of spacing on six genotypes, 2) determine the physiological responses of the tested genotypes, and 3) determine the interaction of the effects of the spacing and tested genotypes. The research was carried out in the experimental field of Jenderal Sudirman University. The research was conducted for 4 months, started from February to June 2018. This research utilized Split Plot Design by doing 3 replications of factorial treatment patterns. There were two factors used in this study. The first factor was 3 plant spacing variations (40 cm x 20 cm, 40 cm x 30 cm, and 40 cm x 40 cm) placed as the main plot. The second factor was soybean genotype consisting of 6 genotypes 4 (lines number 2, number 33 , number 71, number 76) and 2 varieties named (Gema and Slamet) were placed as sub plots. The variables observed were photosynthesis rate, plant growth rate, opening and stomata number, chlorophyl content, flowering age, harvest age, crop seed weight, effective plot seed weight, 100 seeds weight, and stover weight. The results shows that the spacing treatment and genotypes give different results, which were significantly different, very significantly different and not significantly different. In the interaction of spacing treatment and genotypes, the significantly different result located in stover weight and chlorophyl content, while the independent effects of the plant spacing treatment located in the stover weight, effective plot weight, crop weight, 100 seeds weight, chlorophyl content, plant growth rate and photosynthesis rate. The genotypes independent factor influences the variable of dry plant weight, effective plot weight, crop weight, 100 seeds weight, opening and stomata density. |
