| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui bobot tubuh, lingkar paha dan panjang paha bawah (Os tibia) dan lingkar dada domba Batur betina muda dan mengetahui hubungan antara bobot tubuh dengan rasio lingkar paha dan panjang paha bawah (Os tibia) dan lingkar dada. Materi yang digunakan yaitu 60 ekor domba Batur dengan umur 6-12 bulan. Metode yang digunakan survey dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Variabel yang diukur yaitu bobot tubuh, rasio lingkar paha dan panjang paha bawah (Os tibia) dan lingkar dada domba Batur betina muda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bobot tubuh dengan rasio lingkar paha dan panjang paha bawah (Os tibia) berhubungan nyata (P<0,05), dengan persamaan Y=13.821+14.693X dan koefisien determinasi 0,199. Sedangkan bobot tubuh dengan lingkar dada berhubungan sangat nyata (P<0,01) dengan persamaan Y=-9.4134+0.5061X dan koefisien determinasinya 0,356. Rataan bobot tubuh, rasio lingkar paha dan panjang paha bawah (Os tibia) dan lingkar dada domba Batur betina muda masing-masing sebesar 30.60 ± 4.73 kg, 1.14 ± 0.14 dan 79.07 ± 5.58 cm. Kesimpulan, terdapat hubungan positif antara bobot tubuh domba Batur betina muda dengan rasio lingkar paha dan panjang paha bawah (Os tibia) dan lingkar dada, lingkar dada memiliki hubungan lebih kuat dengan koefisien korelasi 0,597 dengan persamaan Y= -9.4134+0.5061X terhadap bobot tubuh. |

Inggris) | The research was aimed to determine body weight, thigh circumference and length of lower thigh (Os tibia) and chest circumference of young female Batur sheep and find out the relationship between body weight with the ratio of thigh circumference and length of the lower thigh (Os tibia) and chest circumference. The material used was 60 Batur sheep with ages 6-12 months. The method used was a survey with sampling using purposive sampling. The variables measured were body weight, ratio of thigh circumference and length of the lower thigh (Os tibia) and chest circumference of young female Batur sheep. The results showed that body weight with a ratio of thigh circumference and length of lower thigh (Os tibia) was significantly related (P <0.05), with the equation Y = 13.821 + 14,693X and the coefficient of determination 0.199. While body weight with chest circumference was very significantly related (P <0.01) with the equation Y = -9.4134 + 0.5061X and its determination coefficient was 0.356. Average body weight, ratio of thigh circumference and length of the lower thigh (Os tibia) and chest circumference of young female Batur sheep was 30.60 ± 4.73 kg, 1.14 ± 0.14 and 79.07 ± 5.58 cm respectively. Conclusion, there is a positive relationship between body weight of young female Batur sheep with ratio of thigh circumference and length of lower thigh (Os tibia) and chest circumference, chest circumference has a stronger relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.597 with the equation Y = -9.4134 + 0.5061X to body weight. |
