Indonesia) | PENGARUH VIDEO EDUKASI TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN IBU DALAM MEMILIH ALAT KONTRASEPSI DALAM RAHIM DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS II KEMBARAN PURWOKERTO Anis Cahyani Dewantari1, Mekar Dwi Anggraeni2, Dian Susmarini3 ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Angka penggunaan AKDR pada wanita usia subur masih rendah sehingga ada pengaruh dalam pemilihan AKDR. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan AKDR yaitu pengetahuan. Peran perawat yaitu memberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan menggunakan video. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh video edukasi terhadap pengetahuan Ibu dalam memilih AKDR. Metode: Desain yang digunakan yaitu quasi eksperimen non randomized pre test-post test with control group design. Teknik sampling yaitu accidental sampling yang terdiri dari 20 responden kelompok intervensi dan 20 responden kelompok kontrol. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t berpasangan, uji Wilcoxon, dan uji Mann Whitney Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rerata usia responden adalah 35,45 (SD= 5.892), pendidikan terakhir yaitu SMA (42%), tidak bekerja (92,5%), dan memiliki pendapatan yang sedang (77,5%). Terdapat perbedaan antara skor pretest dan posttest pengetahuan pada kelompok intervensi yaitu (p = 0,000). Tidak ada perbedaan skor pretest dan posttest pengetahuan pada kelompok kontrol (p = 0,317). Inggris) | THE EFFECT OF EDUCATION VIDEO TOWARDS MOTHER KNOWLEDGE IN CHOOSING CONTRACEPTION INTRAUTERINE DEVICE IN PUBLIC HEALTH II AREA OF PURWOKERTO Anis Cahyani Dewantari1, Mekar Dwi Anggraeni2, Dian Susmarini3 ABSTRACT Background: The rate of IUD use in women of reproductive age is still low so that there is influence in the selection of the IUD. One of factors affecting the selection contraception tools intra uterine is knowledge. Nurse’s roles is to provide health education by using video. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of education video towards on the knowledge of mothers in choosing the contraception tools intra uterine. Methods: The study design used quasy experimental non randomized pretest-posttest with control group. The sampling technique was accidental sampling which are consists of 20 respondents of the intervention group and 20 respondents of the control group. The data analyze used was paired samples t-test, Wilcoxon test, and Mann Whitney test. Result: The results of this study indicate the average age of respondents is 35,45 old (SD= 5.892), SMA (42%), does not work (92.5%), and having moderate income which is (77.5%). There were significant differences between pretest and posttest knowledge on intervention group (p= 0,000), there were no differences in pretest and posttest scores in the control group (p = 0,317), and next differences in posttest scores between the intervention group and the control group (p= 0,000).
