| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aims to know the technology adoption process of rice straw for beef cattle feed on the farm folk, in Bawang Sub-district, Banjarnegara Regency. It used survey method. The research sampling was conducted in cencus. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of SWOT analysis on internal factor showed that strength and weakness identification on farm were human resource, finance, operating, management, and marketing. The results on external factor showed an identification such as opportunity and threats that found in livestock from social environment, economic, and technology. The strategies of technology adoption were optimizing a source, environment and government. Providing guidance with innovation demonstrations to farmers. |
