| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor intrinsik terhadap tingkat kepatuhan perilaku hand hygiene yang dimoderasi oleh kelayakan fasilitas hand hygiene pada civitas hospitalia RSGM Unsoed. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 responden. Alat analisis penelitian ini adalah regresi dan regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan pengetahuan hand hygiene terhadap persepsi, motivasi, dan komitmen hand hygiene. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan, persepsi, motivasi, dan komitmen hand hygiene berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan hand hygiene. Hasil uji moderasi menunjukkan kelayakan fasilitas hand hygiene memperlemah pengaruh pengetahuan dan komitmen terhadap kepatuhan hand hygiene. Hasil uji moderasi menunjukkan kelayakan fasilitas hand hygiene tidak memoderasi pengaruh persepsi dan motivasi terhadap kepatuhan hand hygiene.

Inggris) | This study aimed to analyze the effect of intrinsic factors on the level of hand hygiene adherence which was moderated by the availibility of hand hygiene facilities in Healthcare Worker at the RSGM Unsoed. This study uses the proportionate random sampling technique with a total sample of 95 respondents. The analytical tool of this research is regression and moderation regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of hand hygiene knowledge on hand hygiene perception, motivation, and commitment. The results also showed that hand hygiene knowledge, perception, motivation, and commitment had a significant effect on hand hygiene adherence. The results of the moderation test indicate that the availibility of hand hygiene facilities weakens the influence of hand hygiene knowledge and commitment to hand hygiene adherence. The results of the moderation test also show that the availibility of the hand hygiene facility does not moderate the influence of hand hygiene perception and motivation on hand hygiene adherence. |
