| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Usaha penangkapan ikan merupakan kegiatan ekonomi yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor produksi dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Dalam analisis usaha perikanan ini meliputi pendapatan, keuntungan, Net Present Value (NPV), B/C Ratio, Payback Period (PP), Break Event Point (BEP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Usaha Alat Tangkap Gillnet sebagai Alat Tangkap Ikan Tongkol yang tertangkap dan didaratkan di TPI Mina Bahari Empat Lima, Depok, Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang dilakukan pada Bulan September 2018. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei. Metode survei yaitu suatu metode pengambilan data dengan observasi langsung dan wawancara di lapangan serta melakukan pengumpulan data. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp. 218.084.000, keuntungan sebesar Rp. 145. 082. 000, NPV sebesar 1.488. 082. 000 , B/C Ratio 3, 06, PP 0, 29 tahun, BEP sebesar Rp. 13. 685.000 dan 547, 40 kg, IRR sebesar 21%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara financial usaha perikanan gillnet yang ada di TPI Mina Bahari Empat Lima tergolong menguntungkan dan layak serta pengembalian modal yang tergolong cepat. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Fishing effort is an economic activity affected by production factors with the aim of gaining profit. Analysis of this fishery business involve income, profits, Net Present Value (NPV), B / C Ratio, Payback Period (PP), Break Event Point (BEP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR). This study aims to find out the Fishing Effort On Gillnet as a Mackarel Tuna fish net that was caught and landed at the Mina Bahari Empat Lima TPI, Depok, Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta which was conducted in September 2018. The method was survey method. The survey method is a method of retrieving data by direct observation and field interview and conducting data collecting. From this study, the average income was Rp. 218,084,000, a the profit was Rp. 145. 082. 000, the NPV was 1,488. 082. 000, the B / C Ratio 3, 06, the PP was 0,29 years, the BEP was Rp. 13. 685,000 and 547, 40 kg, the IRR was 21%. From the data can be concluded that financially the gillnet fisheries business in the Empat Lima Mina Bahari TPI is classified as profitable and feasible and the payback is relatively fast. |
