Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Aktivitas perkapalan adalah sumber utama kebisingan antropogenik dilautan. Kebisingan atau noise kapal tersebut dapat dijadikan objek akustik pasif. Air merupakan media akustik yang tidak sempurna, sehingga energi akustik bisa hilang melalui penyerapan dan penghamburan (transmission loss). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik noise kapal dan hubungannya dengan jarak, estimasi koefisien absorpsi dan transmission loss di Alur Pelayaran Tanjung Intan, Cilacap. Akuisisi data suara kapal diperoleh menggunakan omnidirectional hydrophone dan data kapal (jarak) diperoleh menggunakan CCTV. Data suara dan data kapal direkam secara sinkron selama 72 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan karakteristik noise kapal berupa intensitas dan frekuensi, dimana intensitas mengalami penurunan seiring peningkatan jarak dan frekuensi berfluktuasi terhadap peningkatan jarak. Intensitas dan jarak kapal secara umum berkorelasi cukup, sedangkan frekuensi dan jarak kapal berkorelasi rendah. Koefisien absorpsi berkisar antara 200-800 dB/km pada frekuensi 7000-7600 Hz. Sedangkan nilai transmission loss pada jarak 1 km dari penerima diestimasikan sebesar 436.07 dB re μPa.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Shipping activity is the main source of oceanic anthropogenic noise. This resulting noise can be used as a passive acoustic object. Water is an imperfect acoustic medium, so acoustic energy can be lost through absorption and spreading (transmission loss). Aims of this study were to investigate the characteristics of vessel noise and its relationship to distance, estimated absorption coefficient and transmission loss at Tanjung Intan Cruise Line, Cilacap. Vessel sound data acquisition was obtained using omnidirectional hydrophones and vessel distance obtained using CCTV. Voice data and vessel data were recorded synchronously for 72 hours. The results showed the vessel noise characteristics were intensity and frequency, where the intensity decreased with increasing distance and frequency fluctuated to increasing distance. The intensity and distance of the ship were generally correlated sufficiently, while the frequency and distance of the vessel were low correlated. The absorption coefficient will increase by 99.07 dB / km when the frequency increases by 100 Hz. Meanwhile the value of transmission loss at a distance of 1 km from the receiver was estimated at 436.07 dB re μPa.
