| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Judul penelitian ini adalah Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Harga Beras di Jawa Tengah. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah kenaikan harga beras di Jawa Tengah setiap tahun, dan tingginya tingkat fluktuasi harga beras di Jawa Tengah yang harus diminimalkan karena Jawa Tengah merupakan pusat produksi beras di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beberapa faktor seperti harga gabah, inflasi (Indeks Harga Konsumen), populasi, dan volume impor beras di Jawa Tengah dan menganalisis faktor mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap harga beras di Jawa Tengah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa harga gabah dan indeks harga konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga beras di Jawa Tengah, sedangkan faktor lain seperti penduduk, dan volume impor beras tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga beras di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa harga gabah merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap harga beras di Jawa Tengah. Dari semua hasil yang telah ditemukan, hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa harga gabah sebagai variabel independen adalah variabel yang paling mempengaruhi harga beras di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, oleh karena itu Pemerintah harus lebih tepat dalam membuat kebijakan. Harga Pembelian Pemerintah (HPP) terhadap harga gabah agar tidak merugikan petani. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research title is Analysis of Factors Affecting The Price of Rice in Central Java. The background of this research is the increasing price of rice in Central Java each year, and the high level of fluctuations in rice prices in Central Java that should be minimized because Central Java is a center of rice production in Indonesia. This research is aim to analyze the effect of several factors such as grain price, inflation (Consumer Price Index), population, and volume of rice import in Central Java and analyze which one is the most influencial factors on the price of rice in Central Java. The data used in this research are secondary data and then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result of multiple regression analysis indicated that grain price and consumer price index have significant effect on price rice in Central Java, while the other factors such as population, and volume of rice import have no influence on rice price in Central Java. This research also indicated that grain price was the most influencial factors on rice price in Central Java. From all the result that has been found, the result of regression shows that the price of grain as an independent variable is the variable that most influences the price of rice in the Province of Central Java, therefore the Government must be more precise in making policies on Government Purchase Prices (HPP) against grain so as not to harm farmers. |
