| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Teknik budidaya untuk peningkatan produksi tanaman jagung dapat dilakukan melalui penggunaan pupuk anorganik (NPK Phosnka dan NPK Super Star), pupuk organik (Kotoran Ayam) dan Varietas hibrida (Pertiwi 6, NK7328, Bisi 2). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keragaman pertumbuhan dan hasil tiga varietas jagung hibrida, pengaruh variasi pemupukan terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung hibrida, dan interaksi tiga varietas jagung dengan variasi pupuk anorganik dan organik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan exfarm Fakultas Pertanian UNSOED di Kelurahan Karangwangkal, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian berlangsung selama lebih kurang 4 bulan yaitu mulai Maret sampai dengan Juni 2018. Percobaan faktor yang disusun dalam rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL) dengan 2 faktor, faktor pertama yaitu varietas jagung hibrida meliputi varietas Pertiwi 6(V1), varietas NK7328 (V2), dan varietas Bisi 2 (V3), dan faktor kedua yaitu variasi pemupukan (P) meliputi P1; NPK Phonska dan NPK Super Star 100%, P2; NPK Phonska dan NPK Super Star 75%+Kompos kotoran ayam 25%, P3; NPK Phonska dan NPK Super Star 50%+kompos kotoran ayam 50%. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, diameter tongkol, jumlah tongkol per tanaman, panjang tongkol dengan kelobot, panjang tongkol tanpa kelobot, bobot tongkol dengan kelobot, bobot tongkol tanpa kelobot, jumlah biji per tongkol, bobot 1000 biji, bobot biji per petak dan bobot kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketiga varietas jagung terhadap keragaman pada pertumbuhan dan hasil, kecuali bobot tongkol tanpa kelobot, diameter batang, jumlah daun. Hasil rata-rata paling tinggi yaitu pada varietas Pertiwi 6 sebesar 7,79%. Variasi pemupukan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung. Penggunaan pupuk NPK dapat dikurangi hingga 50% dengan penambahan kompos kotoran ayam 1 ton/ha. Pengaruh tiga varietas jagung pada variasi pemupukan lebih kurang sama menunjukkan tidak ada interaksi antara faktor perlakuan yang dicoba. Kombinasi perlakuan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman dalam pertumbuhan dan hasil. |

Inggris) | Cultivation techniques for increasing crop production can be done through the use of inorganic fertilizers (NPK Phosnka and NPK Super Star), organic fertilizers (Chicken Manure) and Hybrid Varieties (Pertiwi 6, NK7328, Bisi 2). This research aims to study the diversity of growth and yield of three hybrid corn varieties, the effect of variations in fertilization on the growth and yield of hybrid corn, and interaction between of three corn varieties with variations in inorganic and organic fertilizers. The study was carried out on UNSOED Faculty of Agriculture exfarm land in Karangwangkal Village, North Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. The study cruducted for approximately 4 months starting from March to June 2018. The factorial experiments arranged in complete randomized block design (RCBD) with 2 factors, the first factor was hybrid corn varieties including Pertiwi 6 (V1) variety, NK7328 (V2) variety, Bisi 2 (V3) variety, and the second factor is variation in fertilization (P) including P1; NPK Phonska and NPK Super Star 100%, P2; NPK Phonska and NPK Super Star 75% + Compost of chicken manure 25%, P3; NPK Phonska and NPK Super Star 50% + chicken manure compost 50%. The observed variables include plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, the diameter of cob, the amount of cob each plant, long cob with a cornhusk, long cob without cornhusk, cob weights with cornhusk, cob weights without cornhusk, the number of seeds cob, 1000 weight seeds, seed weight a plot and dry weight of plants. The results showed all three varieties of corn on diversity in growth and yield, except cob weight without stem, stem diameter, number of leaves The highest average yield is at Pertiwi 6 variety of 7.79%.. Variation in fertilization does not affect the growth and yield of corn. The use of NPK fertilizer can be reduced by 50% by adding chicken manure compost 1 ton / ha. The effect of three corn varieties on variations in fertilization is more or less the same showing no interaction between the treatment factors that were tried.
