| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Akumulasi Logam Berat Cd pada Air, Sedimen dan Ikan Bandeng (Chanos chanos) di Pertambakan Tapak Tugurejo Semarang 2018”. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan dan hubungan kandungan logam berat Cd pada air, sedimen dan ikan bandeng antar stasiun, mengetahui tingkat pencemaran berdasarkan nilai Contaminant Factor (CF), Indeks Geoakumulasi (Igeo) dan Bioaccumulation Factor (BAF), serta mengetahui kelayakan konsumsi ikan bandeng. Penelitian ini dilakukan di 4 stasiun dengan 4 ulangan. Analisis stastistik uji F menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan berdasarkan kandungan logam berat Cd pada air, sedimen dan ikan bandeng. Analisis korelasi antara kandungan logam Cd air, sedimen, dan ikan bandeng juga menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Hasil kandungan logam berat Cd pada air berkisar 0,0133-0,0527 mg/L, sedimen berkisar 0,9325-1,0963 mg/L, dan pada ikan bandeng 0,1254-0,1527 mg/L. Tingkat pencemaran berdasarkan nilai CF tergolong kontaminasi tinggi, berdasarkan Igeo tercemar ringan, dan BAF terkategori kurang mampu mengakumulasi logam serta ikan bandeng tergolong tidak layak konsumsi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research, entitled "The Accumulation of Cd Heavy Metal in Water, Sediment and Milkfish (Chanos chanos) at Semarang Tugurejo Brakish Water Pond 2018". This study aims to determine the differences and correlation of Cd heavy metal in water, sediment and milkfish among stations, and to know its pollution levels based on Contamination Factor (CF), Geo-accumulation Index (Igeo), and Bioaccumulation Factor (BAF). During the research, four stations were determined and quadruplicate samplings were run in each. Data were F-tested resulting significant different contents among Cd heavy metal in the water, sediment, and milkfish. The correlation of Cd in water, sediment, and milkfish also showed positif result. Cd heavy metal in water ranged from 0,0133 to 0,0527 mg/L, in sediment ranged from 0,9325 to 1,0963 mg/L, and milkfish 0,1254 to 0,1527 mg/L. Pollution levels based on CF values is high contaminated, based on Igeo is lightly contaminated, BAF categorized as less able to accumulate metals and milkfish is not suitable for consumption. |
