| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komponen media tanam terbaik, mengetahui dosis pupuk yang tepat, dan mengetahui kombinasi antara komponen media tanam dan dosis pupuk AB-MIX terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit pepaya varietas Calina. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto pada bulan Februari 2018 sampai April 2018. Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL), yang terdiri dari 16 kombinasi perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak tiga kali merupakan rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara media tanam dan dosis pupuk AB-MIX pada jumlah stomata, sedangkan jumlah klorofil menunjukkan interaksi yang tidak nyata. Jumlah klorofil menunjukkan hasil yang sangat nyata terhadap perlakuan media tanam dan nyata terhadap dosis pupuk AB-MIX. Jumlah stomata bibit pepaya yang tumbuh di media tanah+ kompos+serbuk gergaji baik tanpa pemupukan maupun dipupuk AB-MIX hingga 45 ml setiap 3 hari/polybag tidak berbeda dengan jumlah stomata bibit pepaya yang tumbuh di media lainnya yang tanpa pemupukan AB-MIX. Jumlah klorofil bibit pepaya yang tumbuh di media tanah+kompos+serbuk gergaji dan tanah+kompos memiliki jumlah klorofil lebih banyak daripada bibit pepaya yang tumbuh di media tanah+kompos+arang sekam dan tanah+kompos+cocopeat. Jumlah klorofil bibit pepaya yang diberi dosis ABMIX 30 ml dan 45 ml setiap 3 hari/polybag lebih banyak daripada jumlah klorofil bibit pepaya yang tidak diberi AB-MIX dan yang diberi AB-MIX 15 ml setiap 3 hari/polybag. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to find out the best media, the appropriate dosage of fertilizer, and the best combination of plant medium component and AB-MIX nutrient dosage for the growth of Calina seedling. This research was conducted in screen house of Faculty of Agriculture, the University of Soedirman from February 2018 until April 2018. Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 2 factors, 16 treatment combinations and repeated three times was use for this experiment. The results showed that there was an interaction between planting media and AB-MIX fertilizer doses on the number of stomata,. In the amount of chlorophyll showed no significant interaction. Amount of chlorophyll showed very significant result to plant medium and significant to dosage of ABMIX fertilizer. The number of stomata papaya seedlings growing in the soil + media + sawdust compost without fertilizer or AB-MIX fostered up to 45 ml every 3 days / polybag not differ by the number of stomata papaya seedlings growing in other media without fertilization AB-MIX. Mixed soil+compost+sawdust and mixed soil+compost medium gives the highest amount of chlorophyll than other media. Dosages of AB-MIX 30 ml and 45 ml every 3 days / polybags has more chlorophyll than papaya seeds that are not given AB-MIX and given 15 ml ABMIX every 3 days / polybag. |
