| Judul Artikel | The Effect of Indicator Composite of Human Development Index, Labor Force Participation Rate, Government Investment, and Number of Tourists on Economic Growth in East Nusa Tenggara Province |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Indikator Komposit Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK), Investasi Pemerintah, dan Jumlah Wisatawan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh angka harapan hidup, rata-rata lama sekolah, harapan lama sekolah, daya beli, TPAK, investasi pemerintah, dan jumlah wisatawan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan variabel manakah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder berupa data panel dengan cross section 20 kabupaten/kota dan time series selama 6 tahun. Alat analisis yang digunakan berupa regresi data panel dengan model Fixed Effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka harapan hidup, rata-rata lama sekolah, daya beli, dan invetasi pemerintah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan harapan lama sekolah, TPAK, dan jumlah wisatawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Angka harapan hidup, rata-rata lama sekolah, daya beli, TPAK, investasi pemerintah, dan jumlah wisatawan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa daya beli merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pemerintah perlu lebih memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kualitas pembangunan manusia terutama di bidang pendidikan, pemberian pelatihan keterampilan untuk tenaga kerja agar dapat bersaing, meningkatkan kesempatan kerja di setiap sektor, dan meningkatkan promosi di sektor pariwisata. |

Inggris) | This research title is The Effect of Indicator Composite of Human Development Index, Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR), Government Investment, and Number of Tourists on Economic Growth in East Nusa Tenggara Province. This research aims to analyze the effect of life expectancy, mean years of schooling, expected years of schooling, purchasing power, LFPR, government investment, and the number of tourists to economic growth and which variables have a dominant influence on economic growth. The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of panel data with cross sections of 20 regencies/cities and time series for 6 years. The analytical tool used is panel data regression used Fixed Effect model. The results show that life expectancy, mean years of schooling, purchasing power, and government investment have a significant effect on economic growth. Whereas expected years of schooling, LFPR, and the number of tourists have no significant effect on economic growth. Life expectancy, mean years of schooling, purchasing power, LFPR, government investment, and the number of tourists simultaneously affect economic growth. This research also shows that purchasing power is the most dominant variable on economic growth. The implication of research is that the government needs to pay more attention to factors that influence economic growth related to improving the quality of human development, especially in the field of education, providing skills training for workers to compete, increasing employment opportunities in each sector, and increased promotion in tourism sector. |
