Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi larutan pencelup pada telur itik Tegal terhadap abnormalitas dan keremahan kerabang dan mengetahui konsentrasi terbaik larutan pencelup telur itik Tegal terhadap abnormalitas dan keremahan kerabang. Materi yang digunakan adalah telur itik Tegal fertil umur 1-7 hari sebanyak 200 butir telur dengan bobot 65-75 gram. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan perlakuan pencelupan telur ke dalam larutan cuka dengan konsentrasi 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%. Peubah yang diamati adalah keremahan kerabang dan abnormalitas embrio. Rataan abnormalitas embrio pada masing-masing perlakuan dari P0, P1, P2, P3, dan P4 berturut-turut yaitu 8,86 ± 0,78; 9,39 ± 0,26; 8,98 ± 0,54; 9,35 ± 0,50; dan 8,28 ± 0,59. Rataan keremahan kerabang pada masing-masing perlakuan dari P0, P1, P2, P3, dan P4 berturut-turut yaitu 34,07 N.m-2 ± 3,90; 30,39 N.m-2 ± 1,10; 31,25 N.m-2 ± 3,84; 31,25 N.m-2 ± 2,65; dan 28,94 N.m-2 ± 2,32. Hasil Anova menunjukkan bahwa pencelupan telur tetas itik dalam cairan cuka sampai dengan konsentrasi 100% tidak dapat menurunkan abnormalitas embrio dan tidak dapat meningkatkan keremahan kerabang telur itik Tegal. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the concentration of dipping solution on Tegal duck eggs on the abnormalities and eggshell weakness and to determine the best concentration of dye solution Tegal duck eggs on the abnormalities and eggshell weakness. The material used was fertile Tegal duck eggs aged 1-7 days consisting of 200 eggs, the weight were between 65 and 75 grams. The method used was Completely Randomized Design of one factor, namely: immersion of eggs into vinegar solution with a concentration of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%. The variables observed were shell weakness and embryo abnormalities. The average embryo abnormalities in each treatment of P0, P1, P2, P3, and P4 were 8.86 ± 0.78; 9.39 ± 0.26; 8.98 ± 0.54; 9.35 ± 0.50; and 8.28 ± 0.59 respectively. Average eggshell weakness in each treatment of P0, P1, P2, P3, and P4 were 34.07 N.m-2 ± 3.90; 30.39 N.m-2 ± 1.10; 31.25 N.m-2 ± 3.84; 31.25 N.m-2 ± 2.65; and 28.94 N.m-2 ± 2.32 respectively. The conclusions of this study was that immersion of duck eggs into vinegar up to 100% concentration did not reduce embryonic abnormalities and did not increase the eggshell weakness of Tegal duck eggs. |
