| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi larutan pulsing yang tepat untuk memperpanjang masa kesegaran bunga lili, mengetahui lama perendaman yang tepat untuk memperpanjang masa kesegaran bunga lili dan mengetahui kombinasi antara larutan pulsing dan lama perendaman yang tepat untuk masa kesegaran bunga lili. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, pada bulan Juli 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah komposisi larutan pulsing yang terdiri atas 3 taraf yaitu 0% gula pasir + 300 ppm asam sitrat + 50 ppm AgNO3, 10% gula pasir + 300 ppm asam sitrat + 50 ppm AgNO3, 20% gula pasir + 300 ppm asam sitrat + 50 ppm AgNO3. Faktor kedua adalah waktu lama perendaman yang terdiri atas 3 taraf yaitu 1 jam, 2 jam, 4 jam. Jumlah kombinasi perlakuan sebanyak 9 kombinasi dan diulang 3 kali, setiap unit percobaan terdapat 3 tangkai bunga, sehingga terdapat 81 tangkai bunga. Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini yaitu lama kesegaran bunga (hari), volume larutan pulsing terserap (ml), volume larutan holding terserap (ml), dan persentase kemekaran bunga (%). Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji F pada taraf kesalahan 5% dan jika terdapat perbedaan (signifikan) dilanjutkan dengan uji beda DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) dengan taraf 5% untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa larutan pulsing tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap lama kesegaran bunga, volume larutan pulsing terserap, volume holding terserap dan persentase kemekaran bunga. Perlakuan lama waktu perendaman memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap variabel volume larutan pulsing terserap, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel pengamatan lain. Interaksi antar kedua perlakuan tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap seluruh variabel pengamatan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate composition of pulsing solution, soaking time and combination of both method to prolong lili freshness period. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, in July 2018. This study uses experimental methods conducted at the Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The experimental design was a Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with 3 replications. The treatment consists of 2 factors. The first factor is the composition of pulsing solution consisting of 3 levels, namely 0% sugar + 300 ppm citric acid + 50 ppm AgNO3, 10% sugar + 300 ppm citric acid + 50 ppm AgNO3, 20% sugar + 300 ppm citric acid + 50 ppm AgNO3. The second factor is the immersion time which consists of 3 levels, namely 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours. The number of treatment combinations was 9 combinations and repeated 3 times, each experimental unit contained 3 flower stems, so there were 81 flower stems.The variables observed in this study were the duration of freshness of the flowers (days), the volume of absorbed pulsing solution (ml), the volume of absorbed holding solution (ml), and the percentage of flower bloom (%). The results were analyzed using the F test at a 5% error level and if there were differences (significant) followed by a DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) different test with a level of 5% to determine the effect of good treatment. The results of this study indicate that the pulsing solution did not give a significant effect on the freshness of the flower, the volume of the absorbed solution, the absorbed holding volume and the percentage of flower bloom. The treatment of soaking time gave a very real effect on the variable volume of pulsing solution absorbed, but it had no effect on other observation variables. The interaction between the two treatments did not give a real effect on all observation variables. |
