| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Perusahaan dalam aktivitasnya tidak jarang mengabaikan kelestarian lingkungan serta kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat di sekitar perusahaan. Padahal perusahaan yang baik harus dapat menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat untuk turut mewujudkan cita-cita negara Indonesia. Perusahan wajib menjalankan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (Coorporate Social Responsibility) sebagaimana dalam Pasal 74 Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas mengenai Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility di PT. Wahid Grahatama Property Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Spesifikasi penelitian menggunakan Deskriptif Analitis, menggunakan sumber Data Sekunder berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, teori hukum, dan arsip perusahaan serta Data Primer berupa wawancara dengan pihak PT. Wahid Grahatama Property Jakarta, dengan model penyajian data berbentuk uraian yang disusun sistematis, logis, dan rasional. Metode analisis data menggunakan Normatif Kualitatif. Penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berdasarkan Pasal 74 UU No. 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas di PT. Wahid Grahatama Property Jakarta telah sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. Program kegiatan CSR PT. Wahid Grahatama Property Jakarta terdiri dari dua bidang yaitu bidang sosial dan bidang lingkungan. CSR oleh PT. Wahid Grahatama Property Jakarta diatur dalam Anggaran Dasar yang telah disetujui oleh RUPS. Pelaksanaan CSR masih tergolong sederhana karena PT. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | IMPLEMENTATION OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THE ARTICLE 74 ACT NUMBER 40 YEAR 2007 REGARDING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AT PT. WAHID GRAHATAMA PROPERTY IN JAKARTA By: BAITUS SAKINAH TASYA E1A014112 ABSTRACT A Companies in their activities often ignore environmental sustainability and the social welfare of the community around the company. Even though a good company must be able to preserve the environment and social welfare of the community to help realize the ideals of the country of Indonesia. The company is obliged to carry out corporate social responsibility as in Article 74 of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies concerning Social and Environmental Responsibility. This research was conducted to find out the Application of Corporate Social Responsibility at PT. Wahid Grahatama Property Jakarta. The approach method used is normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis, using secondary data in the form of regulations, legal theory, and company records and primary data in the form of interviews with the PT. Wahid Grahatama Property Jakarta, with models presenting data compiled in the form of a systematic description, logical, and rational. Methods of data collectingusedis literature study and documentary study and interviews as supporting data. Data analysis method uses Qualitative Normative Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) under Article 74 of Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies at PT. Wahid Grahatama Property Jakarta has been fully implemented. PT. CSR program activities Wahid Grahatama Property Jakarta consists of two sectors, i.e the social and the environmental sectors. CSR by PT. Wahid Grahatama Property Jakarta is regulated in the Articles of Association approved by the GMS. The implementation of CSR is still relatively simple because PT.
