Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi hukum pelayanan program keluarga berencana oleh bidan dalam pelayanan kebidanan di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur Kabupaten Banyumas dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi implementasi hukum pelayanan program keluarga berencana oleh bidan dalam pelayanan kebidanan di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis, dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur Kabupaten Banyumas dengan responden sebanyak 30 orang bidan. Pengambilan sampel penelitian mengunakan simple random sampling. Jenis dan sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan metode angket dan kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan metode coding, editing dan tabulasi, kemudian disajikan secara naratif dan tabel data. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan metode statistik sederhana, sedangkan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan metode analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi hukum pelayanan program keluarga berencana oleh bidan dalam pelayanan kebidanan di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur Kabupaten Banyumas adalah baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap tiga indikator meliputi baiknya pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan dan keluarga berencana, baiknya pelayanan kesehatan ibu, baiknya pelayanan kesehatan anak serta tingginya faktor kedisiplinan, baiknya faktor kerjasama, dan baiknya faktor fasilitas yang memengaruhi implementasi hukum pelayanan program keluarga berencana oleh bidan dalam pelayanan kebidanan di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur Kabupaten Banyumas. |

Inggris) | ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the legal implementation of the family planning programs services by midwives in midwifery services in the East Purwokerto sub-district of Banyumas Regency, and the factors which influence the legal implementation of the family planning programs services by midwives in midwifery services in the East Purwokerto sub-district of Banyumas Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods with the sociological juridical approach, and descriptive research specifications. This research took location in East Purwokerto sub-district of Banyumas Regency by respondents as many as 30 people of midwives. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling. Types and data sources include primary data and secondary data obtained by the questionnaire method and literature. The collected data is processed using the methods of coding, editing and tabulation, then presented in a narrative and tabular data. The quantitative data analysis uses simple statistical methods, while the qualitative data analysis uses the method of content analysis and comparative analysis. The results of research showed that legal implementation of the family planning programs services by midwives in midwifery services in the East Purwokerto sub-district of Banyumas Regency was good. This is proved by the results of research on three indicators including good female reproductive health services and family planning, good maternal health services, good child health services also high discipline factors, good cooperation factors, and good facilities factors which affect the legal implementation of the family planning programs services by midwives in midwifery services in the East Purwokerto sub-district of Banyumas Regency. |
