| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi mikroba antagonis terhadap penyakit layu bakteri,sertapengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan.Perlakuan terdiri atas kontrol, Bacillus sp. B64, Bacillus sp. B42, Trichoderma sp., dan bakterisida(bahan aktif streptomisen sulfat 20%). Variabel yang diamati adalah masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, laju infeksi, Area Under Disease Progress Curve (AUDPC), tinggi tanaman,bobot segar tajuk, dan bobot buah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan Bacillus sp. B42 dan Bacillussp.B64 mampu mengendalikan penyakit layu bakteri denganmenekan intensitas penyakit sebesar 20,08% dan 27,71%, serta dengan nilai AUDPC 936,83%.hari dan 964,83%.hari. Perlakuan Bacillus sp. B42 mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat, dengan meningkatkan bobot tajuk segar sebesar 24,94% dan bobot buah sebesar 65,96%. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of antagonistic microbial application on bacterial-wilt disease, as well as its effect on the growth and yield of tomato plants. The research design used was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 5 treatments and 6 replications. The treatment consisted of control, Bacillus sp. B64, Bacillus sp. B42, Trichoderma sp., and bactericides (20% streptomycin sulfate active ingredient). The variables observed were incubation period, disease intensity, infection rate, Area Under Disease Progress Curve (AUDPC), plant height, canopy fresh weight, and fruit weight. The results showed that the treatment of Bacillus sp. B42 and Bacillus sp. B64 is able to control bacterial wilt disease by suppressing disease intensity by 20.08% and 21.71%, and with AUDPC 936.83% days and 964.83% days. Bacillus sp. B42 is able to increase the growth of tomato plants, with a fresh canopy weight of 24.94%, and increase tomato yield of fruit weight by 65.96%. |
