| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui keragaman genetik antargenotipe kedelai berdasarkan karakter morfofisiologi, 2) menyeleksi beberapa genotipe kedelai dibandingkan dengan varietas unggul, dan 3) melakukan karakterisasi beberapa genotipe kedelai terseleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, mulai akhir bulan Maret hingga Juli 2018. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor yang diuji adalah 14 genotipe kedelai. Variabel yang diamati meliputi: tinggi tanaman, jumlah buku batang utama, jumlah cabang, jumlah buku total, warna trikhoma, umur berbunga, warna bunga, umur awal pengisian polong, umur masak fisiologis, periode pengisian polong, umur panen, tipe pertumbuhan, warna polong, jumlah polong isi, jumlah polong total, bobot biji total, bobot 100 biji, warna biji, warna hilum, bobot brangkasan, dan indeks panen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat keragaman yang luas terhadap sebagian besar karakter, kecuali bobot biji total dan bobot brangkasan. 2) Genotipe-genotipe kedelai yang terpilih adalah: P71, A403, A303, A234, dan Indo253. 3) Berdasarkan karakter morfofisiologi, genotipe kedelai yang diuji dapat dikategorikan sebagai berikut: tipe pertumbuhan (indeterminit dan semi determinit), umur masak (genjah, sedang, dan dalam), bentuk daun (lancip, oval meruncing, oval membulat, dan segitiga), warna bunga (ungu dan putih), warna trikhoma (abu-abu dan coklat), warna polong (coklat muda, coklat, dan coklat tua), warna biji (kuning, coklat dan hitam), ukuran biji (kecil, medium, dan besar), warna hilum (coklat muda, coklat tua, dan hitam). |

Inggris) | The study was conducted 1) to determine the genetic variability among soybean genotypes based on their morphophysiological characters, 2) selecting several soybean genotypes compared to superior varieties, and 3) characterizing the selected soybean genotypes. This study was conducted at the experimental field of Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, from the end of March to July 2018. This study was analyzed using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 3 replications. The tested factors in this experiment are 14 soybean genotypes. The observed variables are plant height, number of main stem nodes, number of branches, total number of nodes, trikhoma color, flowering dates, flower color, initial age of pods filling, physiological maturity of pods, pods filling period, harvest age, growth type, pod color, number of pods, total seed weight, 100 seeds weight, seed color, hilum color, biomass weight, and harvest index. The results of this study showed that 1) there was a wide variability of almost all characteristics, except for total seed weight and biomass weight. 2) Selected soybean genotypes are: P71, A403, A303, A234, and Indo253. 3) Based on morphophysiological characteristics, soybean genotypes can be categorised as follows: growth type (indeterminate and semi determinate), maturing age (early mature, medium, and deep), leaf shape (lanceolate, pointed ovate, rounded ovate, and triangular), flower color (purple and white), trikhoma color (gray and brown), pod color (light brown and dark brown), seed color (yellow, brown and black), seed size (small, medium and large), hilum color (brown young, dark brown, and black). |
