| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk kotoran ayam sebagai subtitusi pupuk NPK terhadap pertubuhan dan produksi sawi hijau pada andosol, (2) pengaruh penggurangan dosis pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil sawi pada andosol, dan (3) mengetahui interaksi kombinasi pemberian dosis pupuk kotoran ayam sebagai subtitusi pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi sawi hijau pada andosol. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan pekarangan dengan screen pada ketinggian temapat 110 m dpl Kelurahan Karangwangkal, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara dari bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL). Perlakuan terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk kotoran ayam yang terdiri atas 4 taraf yaitu tanpa pupuk kotoran ayam, 20, 40, dan 60g/polybag, sedangkan faktor yang kedua adalah penggurangan dari dosis anjuran pupuk NPK yang terdiri atas 3 taraf yaitu dosis anjuran, pengurangan 25%, dan pengurangan 50%. Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, panjang akar terpanjang, bobot akar segar, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tanaman segar, bobot akar kering, bobot tajuk kering dan bobot tanaman kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dosis pupuk kotoran ayam 60g memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil sawi hijau. Semakin tinggi dosis pupuk kotoran ayam semakin tinggi tanaman, semakin besar hasil bobot basah dan bobot kering akar, semakin besar hasil bobot basah dan bobot kering tajuk, dan semakin besar hasil bobot basah dan bobot kering tanaman. Perlakuan pemberian dosis pupuk NPK tidak berpengaruh nyata pada semua variabel pengamatan dan tidak ada interaksi antara pemberian dosis pupuk kotoran ayam dan pengurangan dosis pupuk NPK. |

Inggris) | This study aims to study the dose between (1) chicken manure and NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of mustard plants in andosol, (2) the effect of reducing NPK fertilizer dose on growth and yield of mustard plants in andosol, and (3) interaction of the combination chicken manure fertilizer doses as a substitute for NPK fertilizer on the growth and production of mustard plants in andosol. This study was conducted at screen house at the altitude of 110 m in Karangwangkal village, Purwokerto between May and August 2018. This study the method used was Randomizet Complete Block Design, the treatment consisted of two factors, namely the first dose of chicken manure consisting of 4 levels, that 0, 20, 40, and 60g, the second factor was the reduction of the recommended dose of NPK fertilizer of 3 levels, that is namely recommended dosage, 25% reduction, and 50% reduction. Observed variables ware plants height, leaf number, leaf area, longest root length, fres root weight, fres canopy weight, fres plant weight, dry root weight, dry canopy weight and dry palnt weight. The results showed that of chicken manure fertilizer doses 60g give effect to the growth and yield of mustard greens. The higher the dosage of chicken manure, the higher the yield, the greater the yield of wet weight and dry weight of the root, the greater the yield of wet weight and dry weight of canopy, and the greater the yield of wet weight and dry weight of the plant. The treatment of NPK fertilizer did not have a significant effect on all observation variables and there was no interaction between giving doses of chicken manure and the dose of NPK fertilizer. |
