| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk : 1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk bokashi dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam pada tanah ultisol, 2) mengetahui takaran dosis yang baik pada pupuk bokashi dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam, 3) mengetahui ada tidaknya interaksi dari pemberian dosis pupuk bokashi dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam pada tanah ultisol. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto selama satu bulan pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2018. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah pupuk bokashi dengan perlakuan 0 ton/ha, 10 ton/ha, 15 ton/ha dan 20 ton/ha. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk NPK yaitu 0 kg/ha, 50 kg/ha dan 100 kg/ha. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah akar, panjang akar, bobot segar tajuk, bobot segar akar, bobot kering tajuk, bobot kering akar, luas daun, suhu dan kelembaban serta intensitas cahaya. Data pengamatan dianalisis dengan uji F, uji lanjut dengan Ducan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) serta analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk bokashi dan pupuk NPK memberikan pengaruh nyata pada semua variabel. Pemberian dosis optimal pada pupuk bokasi adalah 20 ton/ha serta dosis optimal pupuk NPK 100 kg/ha. Terdapat interaksi pada jumlah daun dan bobot kering tajuk terhadap pemberian pupuk bokasi dan pupuk NPK. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to : 1) know the effect of fertilizer dosages of bokasi fertilizer and NPK fertilizer on growth and yield of spinach in ultisol soil, 2) know the optimal measure of fertilize dosages of bokasi fertilizer and NPK fertilizer on growth and yield of plants, 3) know whether there is interaction between fertilizer dosages of bokasi fertilizer and NPK fertilizer on growth and yield of spinach in ultisol soil. This research was conducted in screen house Agriculture faculty of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto, for about one month starting from May to June 2018. The research used a randomized block design (RBD) with 2 factor treatments and 3 replications. The first factor is bokasi fertilizer which are 0 ton/ha, 10 ton/ha, 15 ton/ha and 20 ton/ha. The second is dosages of NPK fertilizer which are 0 kg/ha, 50 kg/ha and 100 kg/ha. The observation variables included plant height, number of leaves, number of roots, root length, fresh weight of canopy, fresh weight of root, dry weight of canopy, dry weight of root, leaf area, temperature, humidity and light intensity. The observation data was analyzed with F tes, than with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) and with regression analysis. The results showed that fertilizer dosages of bokasi fertilizer and NPK fertilizer had a significant effect on all variables. The optimal dose for bokasi fertilizer is 20 tons/ha and the optimal dose of NPK fertilizer is 100kg/ha. There was an interaction the number of leaves and dry weight of canopy for the giving bokashi fertilizer and NPK fertilizer. |
