| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh jenis ektrak bawang merah dan tauge terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada (2) mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi ekstrak bawang merah dan tauge terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada (3) mengetahui interaksi jenis dan konsentrasi ekstrak bawang merah dan tauge terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. Penelitian ini dilaksanakandiscreenhouse dan laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas JenderalSoedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama kurang lebih 2 bulan yaitu pada bulan April 2018 sampai Juni 2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL), perlakuan terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu jenis ekstrak terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu bawang merah dan tauge. Konsentrasi ekstrak terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0; 300; 400; 500 g/liter air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak 300 g/liter air merupakan konsentrasi terbaik dan memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap semua variabel pengamatan, kecuali bobot akar segar yaitu, konsentrasi 400 g/liter air. Perlakuan jenis ekstrak hanya berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun dan tinggi tanaman, tidak ada interaksi antara jenis dengan konsentrasi ekstrak terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. |

Inggris) | ABSTRACT: This study aims to: (1) study the effect of onion and bean sprout extract on the growth and yield of lettuce (2) study the effect of onion and bean sprout concentrationsextract on the growth and yield of lettuce (3) study the interaction between types and concentration of onion and bean sprout extract on the growth and yield of lettuce. The research was conducted at screen house and Agronomy and Horticulture Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. This study lasted for 2 months in April 2018 until June 2018. The menthod used was Randomized Complete Block Design, the treatment consisted of two factors, namely the types of extract consisted of 2 levels, that is onion and bean sprout extract. The extract concentration sconsisted of 4 levels, that is 0; 300; 400; 500 g/ liter of water. The result showed that the extract concentration treatment of 300 g/liter of water wasthe best concentrations and had very significant effect on all observed variables, except for fresh root weight, which is a concentration of 400 g/liter of water. The extract types had significant effect only on number of leaves and height of plant, there was nointeraction between types and concentrations of extract on growth and yield of lettuce.
