| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi senyawa dalam fraksi kloroform ekstrak etanol daun jarak pagar. Metode yang digunakan adalah maserasi dan isolasi menggunakan KLT preparatif. Isolat diidentifikasi menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis pereaksi geser. Fraksi kloroform diidentifikasi menggunakan GC-MS. Ekstraksi menghasilkan rendemen ekstrak etanol dan fraksi kloroform berturut-turut 12,41 % dan 3,30 %. Hasil KLT menunjukkan kloroform : n-heksan : etil asetat ( 1:2:1 ) memberikan hasil pemisahan yang baik. Data yang didapat dari spektrofotometer UV-Vis menunjukkan isolat diduga merupakan 5,7,3’,4’- tetrahidroksiflavon. Data GC-MS menunjukkan fraksi kloroform daun jarak pagar mengandung senyawa terpenoid yaitu 3,7,11,15-Tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-1-ol. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The objective of this study is to identify compounds in the chloroform fraction of Jatropha curcas ethanol extract. The method used is maceration and isolation using preparative TLC. Isolates were identified using UV-Vis shear spectrophotometer. The chloroform fraction was identified using GC-MS. Extraction resulted in the yield of ethanol extract and chloroform fraction 12.41% and 3.30% respectively. TLC results show chloroform: n-hexane: ethyl acetate (1: 2: 1) gives good separation results. The data obtained from the UV-Vis spectrophotometer showed that the isolates were thought to be 5,7,3 ', 4'-tetrahydroxiflavones. GC-MS data showed that the chloroform fraction of Jatropha leaves contained terpenoids, namely 3,7,11,15-Tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-1-ol. |
