Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui efisien pupuk organik, dan (2) Mengetahui efisien pupuk anorganik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kawasan Kaligua, Brebes, dan Laboratorium Tanah Fakultas Petanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Waktu pelaksanaan bulan Desember 2017 sampai April 2018. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap, dua faktor dan tiga kali ulangan. Faktor pertama pupuk organik yang terdiri dari 6 taraf: O1 (20 ton kotoran ayam/ha), O2, O3, O4, O5, O6 (20, 15, 10, 5, 2,5 ton POH/ha). Faktor kedua dosis pupuk anorganik yang terdiri dari 4 taraf: A1 (1 ton ZA/ha dan 250 kg phonska/ha), A2 (300 kg urea/ha, 500 kg SP-36/ha, 300 kg KCl/ha), A3 (150 kg urea/ha, 250 kg SP-36/ha, 150 kg KCl/ha), A4 (75 kg urea/ha, 125 kg SP-36/ha, 75 kg KCl/ha) + 200 kg kapur. Variabel yang diamati tinggi tanaman, jumlah, luas, dan indeks luas daun, bobot brangkasan kering, jumlah dan volume umbi, hasil produksi per petak efektif, dan per Ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian pupuk organik dan anorganik O6 (2,5 ton POH/ha) dan A4 (75 kg urea/ha, 125 kg SP-36/ha, 75 kg KCl/ha) + 200 kg kapur) lebih efisien, menghasilkan kentang sebanyak 21.394 ton kentang/ha, dan 21.865 ton kentang/ha dibandingkan dengan O1 (1 ton ZA/ha dan 250 kg phonska/ha) dan A1 (1 ton ZA/ha dan 250 kg phonska/ha) yang menghasilkan 19.948 ton kentang/ha dan 21.294 ton kentang/ha.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This research aims were: (1) To know the effect of organic fertilizer, (2) To know the effect of inorganic fertilizer. The research was conducted at the Kaligua, Brebes, and Soil Sains Laboratory Faculty of Agriculture, Jendral Soedirman University. Its implementation time was from December 2017 to April 2018. This study used a Complete Randomized Block Design, with two factors and three replications. The first factor is organic fertilizer consisting of 6 levels: O1 (20 tons chicken manure /ha), O2, O3, O4, O5 (20, 15, 10, 5, 2,5 tons POH/ha). The second factor is the inorganic fertilizer which consist of 4 levels: A1 (1 tons ZA/ ha and 250 kgs phonska/ ha), A2 (300 kgs urea/ha, 500 kgs SP-36/ha, 300 kgs KCl/ha), A3(150 kg urea/ha, 250 kg SP-36/ha, 150 kg KCl/ha), A4(75 kg urea/ha, 125 kg SP-36/ha, 75 kg KCl/ha) + 200 kg of lime. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, leaf area index, dry plant weight, number and volume of tubers, yield per plot effective, and per ha. The results showed that organic and inorganic fertilizers has however, giving (2.5 tons POH/ha) provide production of 21,394 tons potatos/ha is more efficient than giving (20 tons chiken manure/ha fertilizer) with a production of 19,948 tons potatos/ ha and giving (75 kgs urea/ha, 125 kgs SP 36/ha, 75 kgs KCl/ha + 200 kgs calcium) provide a production of 21,865 tons potatos/ha more efficient than giving (1 tons ZA/ha, 250 kgs phonska/ha ) with a production of 21,294 tons potatos/ha.
