| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Salah satu bentuk nyata yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan ketenagakerjaan yaitu dengan melaksanakan program pelatihan kerja. Untuk dapat mencapai keberhasilan dalam pencapaian tujuan yang dinilai dari tingkat efektivitas program pelatihan kerja, Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Banyumas perlu menyiapkan pelatihan yang berkualitas dan lingkungan pelatihan yang baik. Permasalahan yang ada pada penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyaknya hambatan-hambatan pelaksanaan program pelatihan kerja di Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Banyumas yang diselenggarakan sehingga belum berjalan dengan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelatihan dan lingkungan pelatihan terhadap efektivitas program pelatihan kerja di Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan sampel 77 responden dan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Kendall Tau-c, Koefisien Konkordansi Kendall W dan Analisis Regresi Ordinal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelatihan dan lingkungan pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas program pelatihan kerja di Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Banyumas. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil analisis korelasi Kendall’s Tau-c antara kualitas pelatihan terhadap efektivitas program pelatihan kerja sebesar 0,416 dengan menunjukkan arah yang positif, sedangkan hasil regresi ordinal diketahui nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,376. Lingkungan pelatihan terhadap efektivitas program pelatihan melalui analisis Korelasi Kendall’s Tau-c memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,311 dengan menunjukkan arah yang positif, hasil regresi ordinal dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,342. Sedangkan kualitas pelatihan dan lingkungan pelatihan dibuktikan melalui hasil analisis Korelasi Konkordansi Kendall W sebesar 0,418, dan hasil regresi ordinal diketahui kualitas pelatihan dan lingkungan pelatihan terhadap efektivitas program pelatihan kerja dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,437. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | One of the real forms carried out by the Government in the effort to overcome labor problems are implementing job training program. In order to achieve success in the training program needed from job training, the Training Center in Banyumas District needs to attend quality training and good training environment. The problems that exist in this study are motivated by the obstacles in the training program at the Banyumas District Training Center that have not moved effectively. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of training and the training environment on the effectiveness of job training program at the Banyumas District Job Training Center. The research method used is associative quantitative with a sample of 77 respondents and using simple random sampling technique. The analytical method used is Kendall Tau-c Correlation, Kendall W Concordance Coefficient and Ordinal Regression Analysis. The results showed that the quality of training and training environment had a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of the job training program at the Banyumas District Training Center. This is evidenced by the results of the correlation analysis of Kendall’s Tau-c between the quality of training on the effectiveness of job training program of 0,416 by showing a positive direction, while the results of ordinal regression are known to be a regression coefficient of 0,376. The training environment for the effectiveness of the training program through the Kendall’s Tau-c Correlation analysis has an effect of 0,311 by showing a positive direction, ordinal regression results with a regression coefficient of 0,342. While the quality of training and training environment is proven through the results of Kendall W Concordance Correlation analysis of 0,418, and the results of ordinal regression are known for the quality of training and training environment on the effectiveness of job training program with a regression coefficient of 0,437. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that all the independent variables in the study had a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely the quality of training and the training environment had a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of the job training program at the Banyumas District Training Center. |
