| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Daerah penelitian berlokasi di Desa Wates, Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Blitar, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Daerah penelitian memiliki potensi mineral bijih yang melimpah dan belum terkesplorasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik geologi, alterasi, mineralisasi serta genesa pembentukan daerah penelitian. Metode yang digunakan antara lain kegiatan lapangan juga didukung oleh analisis laboratorium. Geomorfologi daerah penelitian terbagi menjadi tiga satuan yaitu satuan geomorfologi Punggungan Aliran Lava Sukorejo, satuan geomorfologi Lembah Plateau Tugu Rejo dan satuan geomorfologi Perbukitan Karst Wates. Struktur daerah penelitian berarah Timurlaut-Baratdaya pada kala Oligosen Akhir yang menghasilkan sesar geser kiri di beberapa tempat yang terlihat dari bentukan morfologinya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ASD Terraspec dan mineragrafi diketahui zona alterasi daerah penelitian terbagi menjadi 4 zona, yaitu zona kuarsa±karbonat±klorit (Zona Propilitik), zona kuarsa±illit±smectite (Zona Argilik), zona kuarsa±kalolinite±alunite (Zona Argilik Lanjut) dan zona Silisifikasi. Diikuti pula dengan hadirnya mineralisasi seperti Pirit, Kalkopirit dan Goetit. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research area is located in Wates Village, Wates District Blitar City, East Java. The research was conducted with field activities and also supported by laboratory analysis. The research area has abundant and unexplored ore mineral potential. This research was conducted to determine the characteristics of geology, alteration, mineralization and genesis of the formation of research areas. The methods used include field activities also supported by laboratory analysis. Geomorphology of the research area is divided into three units, namely Sukorejo Lava Flow, Tugu Rejo Plateau Valley and Karst Wates Hills. The structure of the study area was northeast-southwest trending in the Late Oligocene period which resulted in a left sliding fault in several places which was seen from its morphological formation. Based on the ASD Terraspec and Mineragrafi analysis, it is known that the alteration zone of the study area is divided into 4 zones, namely quartz ± carbonate ± chlorite zone (Propylitic Zone), quartz ± illit ± smectite zone (Argilic Zone), quartz zone ± kalolinite ± alunite (Advanced Argillic Zone) and Silicification zones. Also followed by the presence of mineralization such as Pirit, Chalcopyrite and Goetite. |
